Their Struggle.
Forever
"Okay, So I guess I'm not surprised. but why?" I asked.
"We saw how you and Aiden loved each other! Since the beginning of freshman year!" My mom cried. And the memories of freshman year caught me off guard.
The first day when Aiden didn't sit with me in lunch.
The second day when I saw some change.
Then the third when I finally realized he wasn't the same.
The fourth day when we lost all contact.
"Macy?" Aiden whispered and I ran from the room and into mine and Aidens.
I cried and cried.
Cried because of my parents.
Cried because I knew me and Aiden cant be best friends any more.
Cried because I knew Aiden would never ever love me.
Why does this happen to me!?
I did nothing wrong and still I get heart breaking moments every single day!
"Macy?" Sam and Emily's voice traveled through the door and into my ears.
"What?" My voice cracked.
"Open the door, Sweety." Sam begged.
"No." I whispered.
I sighed and got up to open the door.
They entered and then locked the door.
Sitting on my bed I started tearing up again.
"I didn't do anything and I still get all of this."
They stayed quiet and I babbled on.
"And now you guys have boys who love you and I don't." I whispered.
"There is somebody out there who loves you." Emily smoothed my hair.
"When will he come and take me away from this hell hole?"
"He will. He's probably waiting for you too."
"Too bad Im stuck in a marriage where the guy doesn't even love me."
"Honey, You don't know that. Did you give Aiden a chance to tell his feelings towards you?" Sam finally spoke.
"No."
"Then?"
"But I know there aren't any feelings there. So, whats the whole point of trying to tell me something?"
"Macy you have no idea how much he loves you."
Thats when thunder cracked and the lights went out. We screamed,mine being the loudest, and the door shot open to reveal a pair of dark brown, grey and my favorite blue eyes staring back at our shocked faces.
I took a hold of Aidens neck and he picked me up, holding on tighter to me.
Thunder shook the house and my body and I cried out loud.
"Its okay Macy. Im here for you. Forever." Aiden whispered and this time I wasn't knocked out when he said this.
