When she was 15, she held the notion Cupid hit her, and she was forever jinxed to spend the rest of her life aimlessly attached to unrequited feelings. The object of her devotion?

But while others clamoured for his looks and sex appeal, she was captivated with admiration for his words, his voice, his talent, his laugh. She couldn't let it go, being a writer herself, she simply equated it that he was her Muse, that what he wrote and said inspired her. Along the way she discovered Finland, and admired the country, separate from him.

Five years later, one plane jump across the Atlantic and she is there in Finland, to lay to rest all the absurd feelings she had for someone who doesn't know she exists, feelings she can;t tell anyone for they'd laugh and say it's appearance driven or fame driven like others, and feelings that have given her a massive creative license. His influence on her poetry, led her to be noticed by a publisher who admired her talent and was thrilled at her interest in Finland, so he invites her to visit and study at one of Finland's premiere writing programs.
