Detention With Severus Snape

I'm sorry to get you guys hyped, this isn't another up-date, just an interesting read.
I can't beleive I've never heard of 'Snape' Castle, when I used to live in North Yorkshire, and it's where I'm from!
Do you think J.K Rowling based Snape on this Castle? I'm defiantly including it to the end of my book!
