The Rain

“You’re really into your job aren't you?" I asked plopping down onto his comfy couch. He was a cop for the Bowie miller sheriff’s department.
"I like to keep up on the cop world" he said in a husky voice.
" what about you animal doctor" he smiled at me. God was he handsome when he smiled.
“You look cold love." he got up and graves a blanket walking over to me and sat down pulling me into his lap and covering us up.
"I don't like being around my job 24/7. I do like breaks you know." I was worried about sitting on his lap. For god sakes he just said he loved you for the first time in your six month relationship Alex. I mentally yelled at myself.
"Well if you want a break that's what you'll get." he turned me around in his lap so I was facing him and brushed my hair out of my eyes leaning into kiss me sweetly. God could he kiss. His kisses were so good he surly knew how to move his lips. I press my body against him while his warm hands went up the back of my shirt. His lips slowly moved down my neck causing me to have goose bumps.
