No More Tea Parties

Nicole ran her fingers through her hair, Brian looked at her with an intrigued look on his face. This was extremely embarrassing for her, she is in Brian Haner Senior's house and he just found out that she was a stripper. Not to mention that now Avenged Sevenfold all know what she does for a living. She then shrugged and picked at the food on her plate.

"It pays the bills," she took a bite of the salad. "And no Brian, that is not my stage name," She told him.

Zacky took a drink of his beer and smiled. "So are you going to tell us what it is?"

Papa Gates coughed getting the attention on him and not the new girl.

"So when is the wedding?" Papa Gates asked curiously.

Brian looked at his dad and then looked at Emilie he blinked a few times and shrugged. "To be honest, I don't remember."

Emilie turned her head and looked at Brian with a look of disbelief on her face. Brian took a drink of his beer and then took her hand in his not seeming to realize anything was the matter. Nicole took a small sip of her water, she felt the tension in the room build to a nearly chocking level.

"Are you serious?" Chastity asked as she stared at Brian with wide eyes.

Standing up rather abruptly Emilie excused herself, "I think I need to go deal with something outside."

Chastity watched as Emilie walked out of the dining room with Rae and Siya close at her heals laughing she took a drink of her beer. "You sir, are so in the dog house."

Nicole watched as Emilie walked out while a meal was going on, she continued to pick at her food when she felt Matt's hand touch hers.

"Nicole, I think you might want to go with the girls and if you could take Ella with you. This isn't going to be pretty." Matt warned her.

Chastity laughed and stood up kissing Johnny softly on the cheek. "Matt is right Nicole this isn't going to end well." She said taking the cigarette that Johnny was offering her.
Nicole nodded and stood up walking over to where Ella was sitting and took her in her arms. "Come on sweet heart, let us go see what Mama is doing." She said walking out of the room smiling at Ella as Chastity wasn't far behind.

Brian had a confused look on his face as he looked at his friends and father who were staring at him in disbelief.

"Are you kidding me?" His father asked him.

"What?" Brian replied.

"You don't remember when your own wedding is?"

"We have been on tour for a long time dad," Brian told him. "And we just got home."

Matt rolled his eyes and took a drink. "That isn't an excuse man, you really pissed her off I think you should go and say that you're sorry. Maybe she'll take mercy on you."

Outside leaning against the car Emilie lit up her smoke letting the smoke roll from her lips as she tugged slightly feeling her throat tightening . Nicole held Ella on her hip as she looked to the young girl's mother, seeing a look of sadness clear as crystal on Emilie's face.

"Brian wasn't thinking Emilie, you don't have to be upset." Siya said softly rubbing her back softly.

"Do you not get that he doesn't even remember when we are getting married?" Emilie asked angrily. "Seriously, he's the one who proposed to me."

"He does love you Emi, maybe he is still in the rocker mode and not into daddy mode yet," Rae said with a warm smile.

Emilie took another drag of her smoke flicking the ash she ran her fingers through her hair. "I just can't believe that he forgot, that is the only thing that really hurts." She said as she wiped her eyes with the back of her hand.

Nicole turned her head from watching the girls comfort Emilie to hearing the front door open, looking upon Brian who was standing on the front porch.

"I think Ella is hungry, I am going to go make sure she eats. Does anyone want to join me?" Nicole asked as she switched hips for the little girl. Siya looked over to where Nicole was standing and saw Brian who was scratching his head in confusion.

"Dude I was just gang raped in there." He said leaning against his car where Emilie was, that only caused her to move slightly.

Chastity had to laugh at what Brian said. "Brian, I don't think you are using that saying in the right way." She said as she walked ahead of Nicole back into Papa Gates house. Rae did the same stopping before she entered the house.

"Siya come on," She told her friend softly, "Let them have some time to talk things out."
Siya nodded and placed a kiss on Emilie's cheek and joined everyone else in the house, leaving Brian and Emilie outside.

Emilie took another drag of her smoke and sighed as she made make shift smoke rings, Brian looked at Emilie and lightly touched her arm.

"Emi?" He spoke softly, "I'm sorry I didn't mean to upset you."

"Well you did Brian," Emilie said as she flicked the butt of her smoke across the street.

"Who honestly forgets when they are supposed to get married?"

Brian moved in front of Emilie and pulled her to his chest and wrapped his arms around her, not letting go even though she was putting up a struggle.

"Let me go Brian I'm mad at you." Emilie said struggling a little more in Brian's arms.

"Not until you know that I didn't mean to make you upset."

Emilie looked in Brian's chocolate brown eyes and crossed her arms over her chest.

"You forgot when we're getting married Brian. That isn't something easily forgiven." She told him.

"I know babe," He said cupping her face in his hand he leaned down and kissed her softly. "I'm sorry Emilie. "

Emilie pulled away and glared at Brian. "That isn't fair."

"What isn't?" Brian asked.

"You can't just kiss me and think that will fix everything."

"Did it fix some of it?" Brian asked hopefully.

Emilie sighed and ran her fingers through his hair, "It fixed a very small amount." She said kissing him once more.

Inside with the rest of the group Nicole was sitting next to Ella watching her enjoy the bits of food on her plate. Matt smiled and set his fork down and looked at Nicole.

"So Nicole, how long have you been stripping?" He asked.
