Dead and Lovely
When Robin, a cynical 19 year old girl, gets bitten by a suspicious man and left in an alleyway, she is lost. She's left wandering the streets of New York, not knowing how to fend for herself as a vampire, who to turn to, where to run. She flees from one beaten down hotel to the other, where she could stay relatively far away from people.
But when she can hold her hunger in no longer, she sets out on the streets of New York, looking for someone to feed on. Unable to hold her raging blood lust in any longer, she lashes out on a boy with an attitude problem and, unknowingly, turns him into a vampire as well.
Both have no idea what to do. Both are amateurs. And both have to fend for themselves completely on their own, having only each other to depend on.
It's the classic (or not-so classic) tale of boy meets girl:
Girl meets boy. Girl bites boy. Chaos ensues.
