As I See It Turn
The world turns and, as it does, it leaves people behind. Some catch up, some don't. Some out-turn the earth, some walk just behind.
Aleksey is driving, pulling the universe behind him, full speed while June-- his Juney-- sits shotgun, documenting through touristic snapshots and scrawled thoughts.
And when all the difference in the world can be made by a postcard reading "this is beautiful," then you know you're living.
(note: I originally started this story for NaNoWriMo, but I've got no chance of finishing on time. I like it anyways, so I figure I'll try to get a bit of feedback on it.)
