Nerds Need Love Too

I paced outside of Val's hospital door. The nurse told me to leave for a

few just so Val wouldn't worry more

"Sir?" the nurse said coming out of the room

I walked over to her and nodded

"Looks like thoose babies are ready to go. We explained it to your wife and she understood. So we broke her water and gave her somthing to start the labor" she said softly

I nodded and looked behind her

"You all and go in now. Things are getting ready" she said walking away

When I walked into the room Val had a huge smile on her face

"Im worred but excited. But mostly excited we are gonna see them!" she squeaked

Ryan and Haley sat in chairs on the other side of the room calling everyone. I sat down next to Val and we chatted lightly

"Ahhh!" Val hissed sharply

I gave her my hand and she squeezed tightly. She took slow deep breaths and put her head back on the pillows

"Gonna be a long day" she said softly

After Val and Ryan were doing making calls they sat closer to the bed and we all talked pausing whenever Val was having a contraction. Soon they were getting closer and we called for the doctor

"Let's see how far mommy has gotten" he said

Val's face was flushed and she was breathing slowly

"You have gotten to 5 centimeters.This is going quicker that we assumed.Would you like some drugs to dull the pain?" he asked

Val nodded her head and the doctor left the room. Haley and Ryan stood up

"We are gonna go find everyone and grab some food" Haley said softly

I nodded. They both kissed her belly and left the room

"Kai I want them out now" she whined

I rubbed her head and nodded. She moved on her side to look at me

"Tell me the names again" she said softly

I smiled and kissed her face

"Greyson Charles Manchester and Haden Jackson Manchester" I said softly

She smiled and her face clenched in pain again. I shushed her and rubbed her face softly

"Ok let's get her ready" the doctor said from the door

I sat back a bit and watched the nurses. They helped Val sit up and foward

"Hold my hands please" Val said looking at me

I stood up and held her hands. I watched as the nurse undid the back of her gown and wiped this tan stuff down her back

"That is so cold" she whined

Then they stuck this needle in her spine and some clear fluid was pushed in

"It should start working in a bit" the nurse said helping Val back on her side

A few moments later Val had a huge grin on her face

"Well we know it's working" I said

She giggled

I pulled her gown up over her belly and both babies were moving. She watched as her skin moved all over

"Boys are ready to go" she said

~Val POV~

My labor was progressing quickly and a few hours later I was ready to
push

"Ryan don't film her vagina directly! Come over here please" Kai snapped

Ryan laughed and sat behind me . Haley holding my left leg and Kai was holding my right one

"Ok Val daddy is gonna count to 10 and you are going to push untill i tell you to stop" the doctor said slowly

I nodded

Kai started to count and I started to push down untill i heard stop

"Good good. Again" the doctor said

I took a deep breath and Kai counted again. I pushed and the doctor stopped me again

"In a few minutes one of the babies will be out. I need one big push Valora" he said

Haley and Kai looked back at me with big smiles

"Blue he has a bunch of hair" Kai said

I smiled and took another breath. The second Kai began counting I bared down and pushed my hardest and the sound of screaming filled the room

"It's a boy" The doctor shouted

I put my head back on Ryan and took deep breaths

"He is beautiful Vally" Haley said wiping her face

I looked up and saw him. He had dark brown hair and blue eyes, i could feel my eyes water

"Greyson" I said softly

Kai was frozen in shock looking at him

"Would you like to cut the umblical cord?" the doctor asked him

He moved slowly and cut the cord. The doctor laid the screaming baby on my chest

"My god you two have some good genes" Ryan said fimiling Kai's face

The nurses came over and took the baby to clean him off

"Ok Valora last baby is getting ready" the doctor said

Kai started couting and Ryan was whispering 'Haden' in my ear. A few pushes later screaming filled the room

"Baby two is out" the doctor said

Haden looked just like his brother

"Holy shit they are identical" Ryan said

Kai flicked Ryan

"Watch your mouth" he said

Ryan shrank back and kissed my forehead

"They are both beautiful. And im very proud of you" he said softly

I smiled back at him and nodded.

~Kai POV~

They both were so perfect. And small I couldn't believe they were both here

"We got them these" my father held up two engraved platinum bracelets

I hugged him and watched him gently slide them on. Both my mother and Val's mother were crying and kissing Val all over

"My nephews are so gorgeous" Haley said taking a picture of them both

After the nurses had cleaned them up I brought them both over to Val. She sat up and bit her lip gently

"It's crazy holding them both" I said looking up at her

She smiled and I could feel Ryan still filming my face. She took Greyson out of my right arm and laid him on her chest

"Wow" she said softly

I sat next to her and put my knees up and sat Haden up. His eyes were open and he was whining a little bit

"Hey buddy" I said rubbing his cheeks

Valora copied my position and Greyson was fast asleep. I looked over at Val and kissed her head softly

"Things just got perfect" I said softly
