Nerds Need Love Too

I was walking to history when David and his group of puppies pushed me. I growled and went to my seat in the far right corner of the class room

“Hey nerd boy saw this morning with Val” he said getting my attention

He laughed

“Just shows how easy some girls are” he said high fiving one of his friends

I turned my whole body toward him

“Are you jealous that I got the girl you have been trying to get since her freshman year?” I asked

His face flushed with anger

“Which in every case is kind of creepy seeing as your already 19 and she is only 16” I said

The whole class had stopped and looked at me like they have never seen me before. David got up and walked toward my desk

“Shut the fuck up nerd boy?” he said in my face

I smiled at him

“Oh now you trying to push up on me. Sorry but I already have a girl” I said moving back from him

He grabbed a fist full of my shirt and stood my up

“Get your hands off me” I growled gripping his wrist

He smiled smugly

“Or what?” he asked

My fist collided with his face and he fell back on a few desks. His groups of friends seemed shocked at what just happened

“Don’t ever fucking touch me” I said calmly

Our teacher had just walked in and looked shocked at the scene. She looked up at me then back to David

“Kai?” she asked

I grabbed my bag and walked out of the classroom. I wandered around till I found myself in the library and I was on a window seat

“Oh my goodness Kai “ I heard Valora’s voice

I looked over and she was sitting next to me

“David” was all I said

She huffed and put her hand through her hair. I looked over and saw her frustrated face

“I yelled at him this morning” she said

I smiled
