“Hey Sophie wait up” Harry called as I headed up the stairs towards the tower.

He easily caught up since my short body had short legs, thus causing me to have small paces.

“Yes?” I asked as we continued walking up the stairs.

“Ron didn’t mean to offend you or anything; he just has a rough time with words” he assured me.

I nodded, giving him a weak smile.

“So I’m confused on you and Cedric” he admitted.

I sent him a confused glance, “About?” I asked chuckling.

“Are you two an item?” he asked.

I shrugged my shoulders; “No, nothing official. He knows I don’t want anything serious” I murmured.

“Nothing serious with him or in general?” he asked.

“Harry, what are you getting at?” I asked amused.

He chuckled; “I just want to know” he assured me.

“There’s got to be a reason for your curiosity” I pointed out.

“So a person can’t be curious?” he asked as we entered the common room.

“Curiosity killed the cat” I reminded him.

I laughed as he sat down on the long couch, “You stole my couch Potter” I muttered.

“I can share” he reminded me.

I smirked sitting on his lap, might as well have fun while I can.

“You sure you’re not curious?” I asked again softly.

“Well maybe I want to know, to see if I have a chance” he admitted.

“A chance at?” I asked playing with his hand.

“With you” he murmured.

I smiled; “Well I’m not looking for anything serious” I reminded him.

“I wouldn’t have the time for anything serious at the” he admitted.

I chuckled deciding to shut him up with my lips, our lips moving in sync once the opening to the common room opened we pulled away from each other and I laid my legs on his lap to make it look as if were just conversing.

“So about that” Harry murmured since none of our friends had arrived yet.

“Yes?” I asked looking at my nails.

“Since we’re nothing serious, you’re still gonna be snogging Cedric then?” he asked softly.

I nodded; “Just because I don’t want anything serious with him doesn’t mean I don’t like
having him around” I admitted.

He nodded; “That’s reasonable” he agreed.

I was happy he was so open to this, most guys would get jealous.

“The common room is empty” I pointed out smirking as I looked around.

He chuckled attaching his lips to mine easily, “Good” he muttered as he gripped my hips while I clung on to his neck.

We were too caught up in our snogging session to notice that our group of friends had
entered the common room with their mouths open gawking at us.

After I pulled away for air did I notice that they were in there.

“Uhm hi” I muttered awkwardly.

Leah just shook her head; “And you tell me to keep it PG” she muttered smirking.

“Right well Bridgette I need help with our charms homework” I told her standing up.

Bridgette and Marie snickered as they followed me up our room.

“What was that about?” they asked the second we entered the dorm.

I shook my head; “Nothing you need to know about” I told them.

They laughed; “Oh yes we do, we deserve to know” they pointed out.

“So did you finally ditch Diggory?” they asked amused.

I grinned at them before shaking my head; “Nope, I’ve got both of them” I smirked.

They stared at me wide eyed, “No” they muttered in shock.

“Oh yes girls, I’ve got both Hogwarts Champions eating out of my hand” I assured them as I got ready for bed
