Step Brother

The rest of the night Alex was being boring, he ignored everyone. Me and Jack hung out for a while and then he went home at 9. The next morning i woke up and looked at the clock, it was 9:20. I got up and took a shower, after i showered i went back to my room and Jack was sitting on my bed.

"Jack!" i screamed grabbing the towel closer to me

"Hey!" he said

"Why are you in my room!?" i said

"Well i came over to hangout with your brother, but hes sick. Wanna do somthing today?" he said

"Hes sick?" i said

"Mhmm hes got the flu or somthing" he said swinging his legs back and forth

"Ohh, well sure i'll hangout with you" i said

"Sweet!" he said

"I just have to get dressed and eat, okay?" i said

"Mhmm" he said and i walked over to my dresser

I pulled out a plain red t-shirt and gray skinny jeans. I went back to the bathroom and quickly got dressed, after i got dressed i did my make up and hair and then went back to my room. Me and Jack went downstairs and i ate quickly.

"Okay so what do you wanna do?" i asked

"Hmmm wanna go bother Zack?" he said

"Sure!" i said

"Alright lets go" he said

"Okay, bye mom" i said and she waved to us and we went outside

"So how'd you get here?" i asked not seeing a car

"My bike!" he said picking up his bike

"Okay so how are two of us gonna fit on that?" i asked

"You can get on the pegs" he said getting on the bike

"Im so gonna regret this" i said getting on the pegs and holding his shoulders

"Hold on tight" he said

"I will, try not to fall" i said and he laughed and nodded and took off

It took us about 15 minutes to get to Zacks house, it was deffinetly the longest 15 minutes ever. Jack almost rode off the curb like three times. When we got to Zacks we went to the door and knocked and he answered.

"Hey guys!" Zack said

"Hi" we said

"Come on in" he said moving aside to let us in

"Okay" we said and walked in

"So wheres Alex?" he asked

"Home sick" i said

"Aww no fun" he said

"Mhmmmmm, so what are you doing?" i aked

"Hanging with Rian, we had a sleepover last night" he said

"Aww and you didnt invite me!?" Jack whinned

"Well i texted you" he said

"Damn i didnt get it, stupid cell service" Jack said

"Hey Zack i have to- oh hey!" Rian said walking in

"Hey" we said

"So uhm, i have to go pick up my cousin from the airport. I guess her flight doesnt get in for like two hours or so but its like a hour drive plus traffic" he said

"Ooh! can we come?!" i said

"Sure if you guys wanna" he said

"Wanna?" i asked Jack and Zack and they nodded

"Alright lets get going then ladies" Rian said and Zack yelled to his mom that we were leaving and we left

We got in Rians car and i sat between Zack and Jack. The ride was really long, there was tons of traffic. By the time we got to the airport we had like twenty minutes until Rians cousins flight got in. When we walked in we sat on a couch and waited.

"So i just noticed Alex wasnt with you two, where is he?" Rian asked me and Jack

"Sick" i said

"Eww that sucks" he said

"Mhmmm" i said

"Rian!" I heard a girl yell, i looked over in the direction of the voice and saw a girl a little older then us. She had sandy blond hair and bright green eyes

"Amelia!" Rian yelled and she came running over and hugged him tight

"I missed you!" she said

"I missed you to im so glad your here" he said

"Yeah!, im so happy i was able to take a week off of school to come visit" she said

"Yeah. Well i brought some people with me, you no Zack and Jack and this is Alex's stepsister Renae. Alex isnt here because i guess hes sick" Rian said

"Awww to bad. Hey guys" she said waving at us

"Hi" we said

"So shall we go?" he said

"Yeah lets go" she said

"Alright" he said and grabbed her suitcase

Rian put her suitcase in the trunk and we left the airport, on the ride home we talked about what we want to do today and we decided to go to the movies to see Insidious. I looked up movie times and we picked thought was good. A hour later we finally made it to Rians so Amelia could drop off her stuff. Once she put her stuff inside and she said hi to Rians mom and dad we went back to my house to see if Alex was up for joining us.

"Hey people im home" i yelled walking inside with Jack, everyone else was in the car

"Shut up" Alex said walking in the room

"Where is everyone?" i asked

"Out i guess" he said

"Oh, okay well do you wanna go to the movies with me, Jack, Zack, Rian and Rians cousin Amelia?" i asked him

"Amelias visiting?" he asked

"Mhmm" i said

"Oh, well no. Still feel like hell" he said

"Fine be a party pooper" i said and left

We went to the movies and got our tickets and went into the theater. I sat between Zack and Jack, Rian and Amelia said to the right of Jack. After like ten minutes of commercials the movie started, the opening sence was pretty scary it made me jump. During the whole movie every time i got scared i hid my face in Zacks chest. After the movie was over we left.

"Who loved that movie!?" Jack said

"I did, it was really scary" Amelia said

"Yeah i agree it was good but scary" i said

"I could tell you were afraid, everytime somthing happened you attached yourself to Zack. It was pretty funny" Jack said

"I was scared" i said

"I no" he laughed

We left the theater and Rian dropped us off at Zacks house. Jack had to get home so i hung out with Zack for a while before he drove me home. I walked into the house and my mom and Steven were watching a movie, i went over and sat down next to my mom.

"Hey Renae" my mom said

"Hi" i said

"So Alex said you went to see Insidious, was it good?" she asked

"Mhmm it was" i said

"Good" she said

"Yep. So wheres Alex?" i asked

"In his room" she said

"Is he okay?" i asked

"Uhmm not really hes pretty sick" she said

"Damn that sucks" i said
