Later that night Bailey had to leave, i was sad to see her go. The next day i got up and showered and ate before me and Alex left for school. The day was nothing special just the typical classwork. At the end of the day i went to my locker and grabbed my stuff and went to meet up with Alex. While i was walking i felt a hand on my shoulder, i looked up and saw Zack.

"Hey" i said

"Hey, so are you going to come to our band practice tonight?" he asked

"Nope, i had no clue you guys even had practice today" i said

"Really?, wow i thought Alex might of invited you. Oh well. Wanna come?" he asked

"Yeah sure" i said

"Okay and i guess you can ride with Alex, right?" he asked

"Yeah totally, i can ride with him" i said

"Okay cool, see you tonight" he said and walked away

I walked downstairs and out to the parking lot, we got in the car and drove home in silence. I got home and did my homework, after i finished i talked to Bailey on aim for a while. Around 5 my mom and Steven were both home and were cooking and me and Alex were hanging out at the counter.

"So how was school today?" my mom asked us

"Good" me and Alex said

"So Alex, i heard you have band practice tonight" i said

"How'd you know that, wait, how do you know im in a band?" he asked

"Zack" i said

"Oh, well yeah we do" he said

"Can i come with you?. Zack invited me" i said

"I guess" he said

"Yay!" i said

After we had dinner we left the house and went to pick up Jack and then went straight to where the practice was. The practice was at one of the guys house, we got out of the car and walked up to the house.

"Whose house is this?" i asked

"Zack's" Jack said

"Oh" i said as Alex knocked on the door

"Hi Alex, Jack. Oh and whose this?" Zacks mom said

"Im Renae, Alex's step sister" i said

"Oh hi!" she said and hugged me

"Hi" i said

"You guys can go on down to the basement" she said

"Okay" Alex said and we went to the basement

We walked downstairs and i saw Rian and Zack getting things ready. I thought it was gonna be acoustic guitars and stuff but it wasnt, it was drums, electrical guitars and a bass. They noticed Zack and Alex and gave them a plain 'hey' but when they saw me they got excited.

"You came!" Zack said

"Yep" i said

"Hey!" Rian said and hugged me

"Hey" i said

"So should we get started?" Alex asked

"Yeah" they said

"Okay" Alex said and they all went to their instruments

"That was really good!" i said surprised
