Dreama finds out her daughter is sick, and having no other choice, they move to Nashville so two year old Heaven can get treatment from the St. Jude's Hospital.
Two years later, with no progress being made, Dreama decides to try to get Heaven's wish granted through the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Does her wish get granted, or is Heaven left heartbroken over the man she knows as her father?
