Me and matt had been dating for about two weeks and he was currently sitting on the couch with me watching dirty dancing.

“I love this movie” I squealed and snuggled further into matt chest.

Okay I’ll admit I was only dating matt to get over Justin but my feelings didn’t go away.

My heart never skipped for matt like it did for Justin.

I didn’t swoon over matt like I did over Justin.

Not when matte held my hand.

Not when matt called me pretty or beautiful.

Not when matt was shirtless. Although that was nice to see.

Not when matt kissed me.

I just couldn’t get Justin out of my head.

When I kissed matt I imagined it was Justin's soft lips on mine.

“I think this movie is pointless there isn’t really a moral” he shrugged.

I just rolled my eyes and turned my attention to the screen.

“It doesn’t have to have a moral its romantic” I smiled

“Well there is never a romance without kissing” matt smiled at me wiggling his eyebrows at me.

I giggled “you get nothing” I teased

“Aww no fair” he whined

“Now shut-up I wanna watch the movie” I said in a serious tone looking at him.

After a few seconds of looking at each other he wiggled his eyebrows at me and I cracked up.

Justin walked into the room at that moment.

He looked at matt then I and I averted my gaze from his eyes all of a sudden the silence getting awkward.

I decided to break the awkwardness “hey Justin” I smiled nicely

“Hey” he managed to smile.

“So where you heading” I asked casually

“Uh to the venue… I’m going to practice a new song I was meant to sing it ages ago but scooter didn’t want to change the set list” he shrugged

“Sounds good JB” I smiled “what’s the song about?” I asked trying to keep an easy flowing conversation between us.

“You’ll have to wait and see” he winked smirking and then walked out.

During the movie I saw out of the window Justin walking back to the bus.

I decided to try to make him jealous.

I leaned to matt and kissed him.

And by the time Justin had walked in we were having a steamy make out session.

I silently smirked to myself.

Hearing the door open I deepened the kiss swinging my legs around matt’s hips.

I heard Justin grunt and stomp right off the rooms.

I warned y’all at the beginning I knew how to make jealousy work.

Smirking to myself I broke the kiss and smiled looking at the TV.

“Aww are we done” matt asked trying to kiss me again.

"For now" I smiled.

Justin's point of view

I needed to act fast before Taylor completely moved on.

They were getting closer every day and soon enough I would be out of the picture like a third wheel.

I had just finished a duet with Taylor called super human and she was walking off the stage.

“So how is everybody doing” I yelled to the fans getting screams in response.

“I have a new song that I want to open with… it’s a calm song but it means a lot” I smiled with screams from the fans.

“Hope you guys like it” I smiled and turned around to cue the music.

From my side vision I saw Taylor walk to the side of the (back) stage where my mom usher scooter and everyone else watched the concert from.

Good she was listening.

I breathed and started to sing the first lines

Justin sang the words of the song making the lyrics ringing through my head.

I forgot about the plans that I made with Justin.

I told him I needed time to think about mistakes

And I DID get him replaced.

And I repeat… oh fuck.

I sighed, if this boy wants a song war he’s got one.

I didn’t wait for the song to finish I just walked away.

“Hey Kenny” I smiled “tell everyone I’m in the bus.

He nodded and let me pass.

I don’t want to sing a song about me being with matt but loving Justin.

The perfect song hit me.

I smiled and waked in the bus looking for a notepad and when I did find one I wrote at the top
