TMZ and Nordstrom
The next morning I got up and went into my bathroom to brush my teeth quickly before heading to the kitchen. My parents were in the kitchen cooking and my three siblings were sitting at the table Juan was down from college and the twins were belly dance instructors so they were free for this weekend. I jumped up onto the counter and turned to my siblings.
"Dani, Elizabeth what are you guys doing anything today?" I asked them.
"No" they said in unison.
"Would you guys like to go to the mall with me?" I asked picking up a piece of bacon before nibbling on it.
"That sounds fun" said Dani after they shared a glance at each other. I swear they can read each others minds.
"Alright" I said smiling at them.
"Baje el contador que está loca(get off the counter are you crazy)" my mom said shaking her head at me while attempting to push me off the counter.
"Yo no soy el loca(I'm not the crazy one)" I said back. She smacked me in the arm before pointing over to the table were the rest of my family was seated. I jumped off the counter and sat in next to my Juan. My mom brought over some pancakes and bacon before sitting down with us.
After we ate everyone went there separate ways my parents went outside to sit on the porch and my brother went to go play soccer as usual. As for my sisters and I we all went into our rooms to get ready. I walked into my bathroom and got ready. As I was getting ready I thought about my date tonight with Alejandro.
'Maybe I should cancel it? It's not really fair to Kellan.' I thought.
Once I went in the living room and waited for Dani an Elizabeth. I turned on the TV and flipped through the channels until I stopped on TMZ. I sat and watched until I saw Kellan. It showed him on a date with Annalynne McCord woman who he'd apparently been seeing on and off for months.
"I can't believe this" I said. So yeah I was a little upset, but who wouldn't be. I actually felt bad for going on a date with Alejandro tonight but not anymore. I turned off the tv not wanting to watch it anymore, and waited for the twins. Five minutes later they came into the living room and we left. When we arrived we went straight into Victoria Secrets.
"What do you guys think I should on my date tonight?" I asked them.
"Wait, what date? We didn't know you were going on a date." said Elizabeth.
"I thought you guys knew considering mom set it up" I said looking through the racks of bathing suits.
"Well we didn't. Who is he? What's his name?" asked Dani.
"His name is Alejandro and I guess he is like one of moms' friends' sons I don't really know" I told them.
"When's your date?" she asked.
"Tonight he's picking me up at 8" I told them grabbing a swimsuit off of the rack.
"Is he cute?" asked Elizabeth.
"Extremely but lets just hope he isn't a jerk" I said. They just laughed and followed me to the dressing rooms. I pulled back one of the curtains and stepped inside. As I pulled on the bathing suit, Dani's voice came from the other side of the curtain.
"What are you gonna wear?" she asked. I pulled the curtain back and stepped out looking in the mirror.
"What do you guys think?" I questioned. Dani whistled while Elizabeth just gave me a thumbs up.
"I have no idea what to wear, that's why we are here." I explained to them before going to get changed again.
"Did you guys see anything you wanted I'm buying?" I asked.
"Nah were good" they said back in unison
"Have I ever told you guys that is really creepy?" I asked laughing as I came out of the room.
"Yes" they said again at the SAME time!
We laughed as we walked over to the register. Once I had paid for my stuff we left and went into Nordstrom.
"Where is he taking you?" asked Elizabeth while shuffling thought the racks.
"Out to some restaurant I think." I said to them.
"Okay now the task at hand what to wear" she said continuing to look through the racks.
"What about this, it's cute and you would look hot in it." said Dani smiling.
"Alright I'll try it on while you two go find something you want" I said to to them smiling.
They nodded before wandering off. I went into the dressing room. I put on the dress I looked in the mirror and stared at my reflection for awhile before deciding this was the perfect dress for my date. So I took it off and put it back on the hanger. I got dressed again and went out to find my sisters. They were going through some of the racks. Once they found some stuff they liked and we went to the cashier.
"356.70" said the cashier. I pulled out my credit card and handed it to the teen behind the register. After we paid we grabbed our bags and went to the food court to grab something to eat. Once we had our food we found a table. I sat down across from Dani and Elizabeth, and while they talked I let my eyes wonder around. My eyes landed on the Pinkberry and I smiled lightly remembering when me and Kellan went. We had so much fun and then it turns out he is just a jerk. I mean it wasn't like we ever went on an official date but we kissed and I was almost 100% sure he like me. Whatever I'm done thinking about it.
