This Ain't a Fairytale

Ryan's P.O.V

I heard the knock on the door, and I peered through my living room window, and I saw Justin standing there,
I smiled and thought it was great that he wasn't completely mad with me, over the whole
ball to the head thing, so at least that proves he is still my best friend.

I walked over to the door, and opened it "Hey man" I said and knuckled Justin,
he smiled at me and dumped his bag on the floor, and slipped off his purple shoes,
I laughed, "Do you own any other coloured shoes?" I asked,
Justin laughed and shook his head "You know I love my purple shoes" he said, as soon as was done taking off his shoes,
he grabbed his bag, "So is Chaz here?" he asked, as he started to walk up the stairs,
I shook my head "Apparently he isn't coming to after dinner" I said.
Justin nodded 'Where is your family?" he asked,
I shrugged "Apparently they have gone camping" I replied,
Justin nodded "So it's just going to be us three like the old days?" he asked,
I nodded "Yeah a whole night of fun" I said with a big smile,
Justin nodded and punched my arm lightly, "It's going to be a great night Ry"
and went to walk past me to take his bag up to my room, but I stopped him,
"Justin go make yourself at home" I said and snatched his bag out of his hands, trying to be suttle,
but I don't think it was working, he just gave me a strange look and nodded and walked into the living room.
"I might be up there for a while" I said,
Justin poked his head around the corner "Ryan, whatever you are going to do up there" said Justin, "I don't want to know about it",
I laughed "Yeah don't worry man, you won't" I said honestly.

Because he wasn't going to know, that I was about to read a secret love letter from his sister,
he wasn't going to know that I was going to write one back, and he wasn't going to know,
that I was started to getting a lot of feelings for her,
right now her voice is running through my head, and so is her giggle.

As soon as I was in my room, I dumped Justin's bag on my bed, and started unzipping the pockets,
in the search of the letter, and eventually I found it,
I studied it to make sure it was the right one, and I knew it was because it said "To Ryan, Letter number one"
I smiled and sat down on my bed, and turned the envelope around and opened it slowly,
acting like it was something fragile, and to me it was, it was the start of something new.

I opened and read the letter:

“Dear Ryan,
I really shouldn't be writing this to you, because it's wrong in so many ways. But I can't stop smiling when I think about you. And the time that I have spent with you the last two days. And if getting caught my brother is the worst consequence for writing this to you, then so be it.

Right now you have just left my house, it was a sad moment for me, because I don't even know when I can see you again, when you can embrace me in your arms, and make me feel like I mean something, that I actually have a reason to live.
You should really know I am missing you so much right now, I wish you were with me'

Love Kate.”

As I read it, I read it like she was sitting there reading it to me, while she sat beside me,
it made me smile, the way she wrote my name, and the way she signed it 'Love Kate'.
I leant over so I could reach under my bed, and grabbed out my notepad and book, and started to think about what I could write back.

"Dear Kate,

Right now I am up in my bedroom, while my best friend who is your brother makes himself at home,
he probably thinks I am doing something gross in the bathroom, but let him think what he wants,
because I am doing something that is important to me, and that is writing this letter to you.

I am missing you like crazy you don't actually understand, when Justin turned up I wished you were with him,
everytime I look at him I see you, and I see you in pain, he has that smirk that he always does when he orders you around,
it hurts me seeing that smirk, because I know how much you are screaming inside when you see it.
Right now I wish you were here, laying next to me while we exchanged 'Remember that time' stories, and while you smile with that
perfect smile of yours, and your eyes would light up, just like the stars in the night sky,
you would giggle and say 'Oh Ry, you are so silly' and when you say my name it's like music to my ears,
and when I watch your lips move, it makes me want to place mine on them, and feel their softness.

Kate Bieber, you are the most beautiful girl I know, and that will always be true.
Please don't forget it.

I grabbed a spare envelope and wrote 'Kate, Letter Two" on it, and slipped into the pocket that I found the letter from her in,
and zipped up Justin's bag, and slowly made my way back down to him.

"What took you so long?" asked Justin as I walked into the living room,
I shrugged "Sorry man, I was distracted" I said,
"By what?" asked Justin really confused,
I shook my head "Don't worry man" I said.

There was a awkward silence, Justin knew there was something going on but didn't know what, I was scared he was going to find out.
I was tempted to just say "I had to write a letter to someone" but I was scared where that might lead in a conversation,
I was telling the truth, but I would have to lie about who the letter was for,
and then a whole web of lies would be made, and everything will go badly.

Ding dong!.

"Oh that must be Chaz" I said happily, because it was going to get rid of the awkward moment that was going on at the moment,
I grabbed the door handle and twisted it, and opened the door and saw Chaz standing there with 3 girls,
"Who are they?" I asked.
"This is Nicole, Vanessa, and Krystal" said Chaz and pointed to each one as he said there names.

Nicole had long black hair, and was wearing shorts and a t shirt, she looked like the sensible one of the three,
Vanessa was wearing a short dress, and some converses I guess she was the one that had a sense of style,
and Krystal was wearing shorts that could be mistaken for underwear, and a singlet top that basically showed alot of clevage,
I guess she was the skank of the group.
"Um why did you bring them?" I asked trying not to sound rude, but it kind of failed,
Chaz smiled "I thought we should have some fun, on our guys night in" he said,
I sighed "Fine come in then" I said.
Chaz nodded, and walked in the grils shortly followed.

We were sitting on my living room floor eating pizza, and we were playing a game of Honesty.
And it was Justin's turn to ask me a question, "What do you think of my sister Kate?" he asked,
Chaz choked on his pizza, and started laughing "What is there to think of Kate?" laughed Chaz,
Justin laughed, and high fived him, I glared at them both,
"Why are you guys such dicks?" I snapped,
Justin laughed 'Come on man, it's my sister" said Justin "She doesn't mean anything to you".
That's where Justin was wrong, but I couldn't say that, because he would of cracked it or something,
or he would of made a huge deal.
"Ha yeah you are right" I lied and grabbed another slice of pizza, hoping Justin would forget about the question.
