You're Joking Right?!

I woke up sober as ever. My father was in the room this time

"Your suit is in the bathroom the ring is in the pocket. Be down in two hours with Adalyn" He said

I nodded and he left. I got showered up and looked at myself in the mirror I had a beard growing in

'Shave it off' I heard her voice

Few minutes later my face was smooth. I cut my hair down short so I could see. I looked like my father right now it was gross

"Woah baby brother you clean up nice" Riley said

She looked beautiful in a green and black dress and her hair was up in a ponytail.
I was putting my pants on and smiled at her. She touched my short hair

"It so close to your head arent you cold?" She asked

I shook my head. When I had my shirt and jacket on Riley did my tie

"Handsome as always" she said

I felt in my pockets and pulled out the box. The ring looked amazing

"Woah lucky girl" Riley heard her name being called downstairs she kissed my cheek and ran out

I left Riley's room and stood at my bedroom door. Adalyn was near

"We have to go" I said

She opened the door and I couldnt help but take a step back. She had on a light pink over the shoulder gown with diamonds all over the strap. She had pink stones in her ear and a flower of some sort on her necklace. Her blonde hair was pulled up in a bun with a diamond clip in front

"You look good" I said softly

She nodded. I put my arm out to her and she took it

" Don't trip" I said

We walked fast toward the doors to the hall. She took a breath and smoothed out her dress

"Now calling Prince Vichel and his new wife to be" The loud voice spoke

The doors were pulled open and everyone turned to look at us. Adalyn and I put on smiles and walked down the stairs slowly. Everyone was in shock at how beautiful Adalyn was and how diffrent I looked. We walked right over to my parents and they smiled widely at us

"You too look wonderful and Landon you look so much diffrent. Adalyn that dress is beautiful" My mother gushed

I nodded and waited for them to stop talking

"You two go mingle or somthing" My father said patting my back

I nodded and pulled Adalyn near a big window. I could feel her throat itching

"Come with me" I said pulling her out on a balcony near by

She looked confused

"Bite" I said

She leaned over and drank. When she pulled back she licked her lip and wiped my neck

"Do-" She was about to speak but I pulled her close and kisssed her

The shock was strong this time but we stayed glued together. She wrapped her arms around my neck and melted in my arms. I felt like I was floating and I forgot how angry I was or what she said. I just wanted to stay in this moment. I pulled back and looked into her eyes

"Marry me" I said softly

She nodded and smiled. People had crowed at the door and were watching me get on one knee. I pulled out the box and took the ring out

"For eternity" I said

When I stood up she grabbed me and kissed me roughly. The crowd cheered and clapped. We pulled away and walked back in to sit at the table with my parents

"We saw that" My father said

I smiled and held Adalyn's hand. We all ate and had a good time then the special time came

"Landon and Adalyn come here" father called us over

We walked over hand in hand. My mother stood up and spoke first

"Tonite we not only celebrate our sons engagement but also his new position" She said smiling at me

Adalyn giggled

"Landon I have been preparing you for this since birth you ready?" My father asked

I nodded

"Of course father" I said

Adalyn and I stood in front of my parents with out heads bowed. My father place the crown on my head and my mother put hers on Adalyn

"Presenting your new King and Queen" My father shouted

We turned around and everyone was bowing down to us.

Life is perfect right now
