Mulisha's New Year

“It’s new Year’s eve!” Your brother yells coming in the kitchen.

You look at your brother for a second before going back watching the toaster for your waffles.

“Is it going to do a trick?” Todd asks.
“Yeah it would pop out dinner,” You said.
“Aww, why are you miss grumpy pants?”
“You are throwing a party Todd. I’m going to be the youngest person here and no one to talk to.”
“Jacko is coming you get along with him.”
“Yeah but he is only to talk to me for so long before he goes and be with friends.”
“There is me, ox, Ryan and Derek.”
“Ryan and Ox will say hi then go and start talking to themselves in a corner like they do, and you will be Mr. Party Bear that I’m not going to be able to deal with.”
“Aww sorry sis. I love you.”
“Love you too I still just want to be home.”
“I know you being away for the break is hard.”
“This is the first time I want to be home. I like hanging out with you Toddie. You are a lot of fun.”
“Great so cheer up since you can have three beers tonight.”
“Aww I’m so happy now,” You said dryly.
Todd laughs and look at you.

“You can wear whatever you want too. Just don’t get bad if random people hit on you,” Todd said.
“You mean I don’t know half of these people?” You ask.
“People will just come.”

You laugh and the toaster pop out. You grab the waffles and start eating them.

“You need food for tonight Toddie,” You said.
“I know I’m going to go get it right now. What time is it?” Todd asks.
“It’s six,”
“Shit, I got to hurry. I told people to be here by nine.”
“Go I get the door and be nice to the first people.”
“Thanks bye. ”
“Bye.”

You go upstairs and get all ready without anyone coming. You go downstairs and smile seeing Todd and Ox setting stuff up. Jenifer, Ox’s wife smiles at you.

“You look festive,” Jenifer said.
“I try, I forgot my hat its silver too,” You said.

Todd looks at you and groans.

“Baby girl,” Todd wines.
“You said anything,” You said.
“You would go to a party like that at home?”
“I would have a jacket since I might have to walk home.”

He shakes his head. Ox comes and hugs you.

“You live on the edge,” Ox said.
“Thanks bro,” You said.

You smile at Todd and help them get the food all set up. You sit down next to Jenifer and catching up with her. Hailey, Ryan’s girlfriend, let go of Ryan and come straight to you.

“Aww you look so pretty but need a hat,” Hailey said.
“I forgot my,” You said.
“I brought one.”

She gave puts on a tiara and smiles at you.

“She looks good?” Hailey ask.
“Yeah good idea,” Jenifer said.

You get up and go to the bathroom and smile seeing the one you normal wear. You get out and run in to a guy.

“Sorry,” You said.

You look and see a guy that looks young with curly brown hair popping out of a Mulisha hat. You look in his eyes and find nice brown ones. He smiles at you. You smile back and blush a little.
“It’s my fault standing so close to the door,” The guy said.
“Here you can use it,” You said.

You get out the way and a girl runs in and the guy smiles at you.

“I’m Jimmy Hill.”
“Grace,” You said.
“You seem to have a lot of it walking in those hells.”
“They are nothing.”

He laughs and you felt butterflies coming up.

“If you don’t mind me asking how old are you?” Jimmy ask leaning against the wall.
“Tell me first?” You said.
“I’m 18.”
“I’m 17.”
“How do you know about this?”

“Gracie” Todd comes and hugs you.
“Hey Todd what going on?” You ask.
“I love you.”
“I love you to bro.”

“Hey Hill,” Todd said.
“Hi Todd,” Jimmy said.

“I need to go to the bathroom,” Todd said.
“Todd you know there are two upstairs?” You said.
“OH right.”

He runs and falls down on the stairs since he forgot to go up them. You laugh as Todd gets up and turn around and did the thumbs up and go upstairs. Jimmy put his arm around you.

“You are Todd’s little sister?” Jimmy asks.
“Yeah,” You said.
“You don’t look anything like him but the eyes. I know understand what girls say you can get lost in them.”

You laugh and blush a little.

“You don’t look like a big hairy bear either. You look like a little red hair angle,” Jimmy said.
“How do you know Todd?” You ask.
“I’m in the Mulisha.”
“Should have guessed.”

He laughs and you smile up at him.

“I’m going to go get a beer,” You said.
“I find you later,” Jimmy said.

You smile and go in the kitchen and grab a Corona before going to the patio where the fire pit is and smile seeing Beau and Ronnie talking while looking at the fire pit.

“Trying to find out how to light it?” You ask.
“Can we Gracie?” Beau asks.
“Yeah, move it to the middle.”
“Yes.”
“I want to help.”
“Of course you do Pryo.”

You laugh and help Beau to get the pit ready and he let you light it. You smile and take a drink of the beer.

“Gracie you really shouldn’t be drinking,” Ronnie said.
“It’s only a little bit I promise Ronnie.”

You smile and watch the fire. Some more people come out and you feel a tap on your leg. You look and see Jimmy. He smiles at you making you smile. You lean back and look at him. He warps his arm around your shoulder.

“Dose someone like fire?” Jimmy asks.
“Yeah I want to be a pryo-technician.”

Jimmy laughs and shakes his head and you feel the butterflies again.

“Why would you think of that?” Jimmy asks.
“Fire always seems like the most interesting things besides unicorns,” You said.
“Of course I mean unicorns are the best thing in the world.”
“No, I mean we all seem to think they these white horse thin horses but really they are like brown and fat and call Rhinos.”

You and Jimmy start talking about music and figure out you both really like Suicidal Tendencies. You both hear people counting down. Jimmy smiles at you and kiss your lips. You warp your arms around his neck and he smiles in the kiss before he opens his mouth. You open yours and he pulls you closer to him. You pull away as you hear fireworks. You smile and can see the fake ones in your mind still form kissing Jimmy around him.

“Happy new year Grace,” Jimmy whisper
“Happy new year Jimmy,” You said.
You lean back in.
