She Was the Challenge He'd Been Waiting For

Alex’s POV.

I woke up that morning to a soft knock on the front door. I groaned softly as I looked down at Amelia’s sleeping face. Her mouth was slightly ajar and soft snores came from her, showing she was asleep. She was beautiful.. She was perfect. I thought to myself with a smile as I gently got up, making sure not to wake her. I walked out of the bedroom and towards the front door. The knocks got louder and I groaned as I flung open the door. Lisa stood there, a smug smirk lacing her lips.

“What the fuck do you want?!” I asked bitterly and Lisa just chuckled to herself as she walked into my apartment.

“How old is she Alex? Sixteen? Seventeen?” She asked with a sly smirk. My eyes widened dramatically as I stuttered.

“Wha- No she isn’t.” I lied and Lisa rolled her eyes softly.

“Cut the shit Gaskarth, I’ve seen you walking out of school with her!” She shouted and I groaned lightly as I told her to shut up. I ran a hand over my face.

“How do you know she isn’t a fucking teacher, huh? Big deal she’s been inside school. That doesn't make her a student.” I said and she just chuckled.

“I knew she looked young! I knew it. You left me for a fucking child!” She shouted and I sighed softly as I ran a hand through my soft hair.

“What do you want, Money? Just shut up about it okay. She‘s younger, but she‘s not a child.” I whispered and she just let out an evil chuckle.

“I’ll get back to you on what I want for this ‘secret’ Gaskarth.” She said before exiting through the door. I panicked. I knew Lisa. She wasn’t going to get back to me. She was going to tell the police. I ran into the bedroom and shook Amelia softly. I felt bad waking her up but it needed to be done.

“Baby, Grab some bags. We have to go now.” I stated as she rubbed her eyes softly.

“What’s happening Lex?” She asked and I sighed as I sat down on the bed next to her.

“Baby, We need to lay low for a while. Lisa’s going to tell the fuzz.. She knows your underage and she’ll make me do something stupid to keep us secret. I’m not risking losing you so, come on. Let’s go.” I said and she shook her head softly.

“Babe, we’re not leaving because of her. Let her do what she wants, tell her we broke up.. You can’t let her ruin your life Lex.” She said with a soft sigh and I groaned as I snuggled into her side. I’d never been so comfortable around a girl before.

“Baby, I know Lisa. The chances are that she’ll just go straight to the police. I don’t want to risk losing you, baby.” I muttered and she smiled softly as she kissed my forehead.

“She won’t go straight to the police baby. And if she does, we’ll just say she’s a crazed ex that’s obsessed with you and want’s your babies.” She said as she ran her fingers through my hair. I couldn’t help but laugh at her statement.

“Did I mention that I love you?” I asked happily and she giggled softly as she kissed my forehead. “Seriously, I don’t think I could have found anyone more perfect than you.” I said and she smiled softly as she pressed her lips to mine hungrily. I don’t think I’d ever felt so much passion in one of our kisses.

“I don’t think I could have found anyone better. Your fucking amazing Alex.” She said and her admittance made my heart swell a little with the happiness I was feeling. I pressed my lips against hers and licked over her bottom lip slightly, begging for entrance. I moaned softly into the kiss and she giggled as her arms wrapped around my neck. “Nothing is going to break us up, Alex. I promise you that. Even if she makes us break up. I’m a very good actor.” She said with a small smirk and I smiled softly as I shook my head.

“I couldn’t do it. Not after this. You’re my everything and I’m not breaking us apart just to satisfy her.” I admitted and she smiled softly at me. I pressed my lips against hers once more before climbing up from the matress. I walked into the kitchen and began making some breakfast for Amelia. Lisa wasn't going to ruin my life. I wouldn't let her. She didn't have any evidence that me and Amelia were together and she never would. She was just some stupid barbie that couldn't let me go and honestly, it was getting pathetic. I smiled softly as I placed all the food I'd made onto the kitchen table. Amelia smiled softly as she walked into the kitchen in one of my long t-shirts.

"Something smells good." She giggled as she took a seat at the table. She grabbed several things and I smiled softly as I watched her. She really was perfect and I couldn't believe Lisa nearly ruined us before. "What?" She giggled as she caught me staring at her. I blushed softly as I munched on some bacon.

"Am I not allowed to look at my beautiful girlfriend?" I asked as I raised a brow. She nodded softly before laughing.

"Yeah but you had a weird look on your face. You looked fucking constipated." She giggled and I shot her a fake glare. She shrugged softly before placing her plate in the dishwasher. I wrapped my arms around her waist from behind and nuzzled my nose into her neck.

"I love you." I grinned and she smiled softly as she kissed my cheek.

"I love you too, Lex." She mumbled and I smiled as I picked her up, taking her over to the sofa and dropping her lightly.

“Prove it.” I mumbled as I lightly nipped on her collar bone. She groaned out into the room as I started to work on her neck.

“Your being a tease.” she giggled and I couldn’t help but smile down at her beautiful face. She was everything I wanted and more in a girl. I nuzzled into her neck and smiled as she played with parts of my hair. She was perfect and nothing would break us up. Well.. I hope nothing would.
