Two hundred years after the world was nearly blown to pieces in an ultimate nuclear war, the only city left standing, Monten, has become the "perfect" society. Everyone is the same, everything is ordered, and nothing bad ever happens.
Except Kitten Zigbol can't believe that. A sixteen year old pyromaniac with a tendency to break rules, she comes to the conclusion she has to decide between two lives: the one everyone tells her to live, and the life she wants for herself.
