Shattered by Broken Dreams

I woke up feeling sore and not sure I could move, but found the strength to sit up to see Jacoby was gone and it was six at night.

“Shit” I mumbled and got out off of the bed then headed to the bathroom to shower. I dried off and pulled on the shorts from before then a white Papa Roach t-shirt that I knew was Tessa’s and figured she must have brought it in when I was in the shower. I grabbed my stuff and headed downstairs to see Tessa waiting by the door with a smile

“Surprised you can even more from earlier” she said winking at me. I gave her a small smile as my face started to heat up

“Where’s Jacoby?” I asked looking around to see we were the only two there

“Him and the guys had a meeting” she said sighing as we headed out to the car. I pulled on Jacoby’s coat that was in the car since it was a little cold out. Tessa looked over and smiled before heading to my place

“See you tomorrow” she said as I climbed out

“Later Hun” I said shutting the door then headed into my house to see jade and Matt crashed out on the couch while zack and Brian were each in a recliner which meant Tara was upstairs.

I walked up the stairs after locking the door to see Tara fast asleep on her bed with her light on which was never a good thing. I felt bad I made her worried, but we weren't kids anymore. I headed into my room locking the door since something told me to.

I stripped for the clothes into a pair of black silk pjs with a white tank top then crawled into bed falling asleep.
