I get out of the car and look over at the Coliseum. James came and looks at me.
“Are you ok?” James asks.
“Yeah, X-games just got to me,” I said.
“I can go check in. I know you miss some of your friends.”
“I will be there.”
“I just text when I’m going there.”
“Ok James.”
I walk to the Coliseum and run up and hug Todd.
“When did you come here?” Todd asks.
“Right now.”
“And look at that the ring is still on.”
“Shut up.”
I laugh and hug him.
“I missed you Toddie,” I said.
“I missed you too. You shouldn’t move,” Todd said.
“Toddie bear please.”
“My door is always open for you.”
I laugh and hug him again.
“You can have any girl,” I told him.
“I don’t want any girl. How is the back?”
“It’s good.”
“That’s great.”
I go over and talk to the guys of the Mulisha. I walk to the hotel since it’s been an hour and not a word from James. I open the door and see him on the bed with a girl.
“Why does she have a key?” The girl ask.
“Um how did you get one?” James ask.
“Here is the ring. We are done. Good bye,” I said.
I walk away and sit at the side of the hotel and call Beau Manley.
“Hello?” Beau asks.
“The ring is off,” I said.
“Till Potter puts a ring on it.”
“Beau, I know the Bear and a ring isn’t what he wants. It’s just sex with him.”
“Don’t you listen to him?”
“What?”
“He loves you. You love him. Bye.”

I hang up and walk to back to the Mulisha Haul. I don’t see anyone besides Brain. Brian looks at me.
“You not ok are you?” Brian asks.
I shake my head yes.
“I need Todd or Jimmy,” I push out without crying.
“Talk to me,” Brian said.
I go and hug him and let some of the tears fall.
“What’s wrong?” Brian ask.
“I don’t know. It’s a really long story,” I said.
“Sit down and tell me Holly.”
“I been seeing this guy since I was 16.”
“I know the James guy.”
I look around and don’t see anyone else in the haul.
“James Stewart ,” I whisper.
“What? But he hates freestyle and you do it,” Brian said.
“I know, he doesn’t know. I only have done it for 4 years. I been seeing him for a while and I don’t know when I stop loving him, but it happen.”
“You broke it off?”
“He was cheating on me. I knew there were signs. He didn’t even want to stay in my hotel room when we were racing. I walked in to the room we were spouse to share since I’m injury. I saw him fucking some promo girl.”
“Mulisha?”
“No a monster one.”
“Good.”
I laugh and Brian whips your tears.
“Jimmy knows everything. I’m just not ok that I don’t feel anything, but relief. Shouldn’t I feel resentment or hatred or sadness?” I ask.
“Holly I can just tell you something. Most high school relationships don’t last. They get married and engage because they don’t know how to break up. When he proposed how did you feel?” Brian ask.
“I had to say yes.”
“You had to say yes? Did he bring a smile to your face when you talked to him or saw him?”
“No I wanted to beat him up a lot of the time.”
“You were stuck. The relationship was over before you got engaged 3 years ago. There were feelings weren’t there.”
“I like his parents, and it was always aww when is the wedding.”
“3 years with no planning and no talks of anything.”

“What’s wrong with my Jolly Holly?” Todd yells.
I look and hug Todd. He hugs me and kisses my forehead.
“What is wrong Beauty?” Todd ask.
“Brian helped me,” I said.
“Are you up for lunch out with some of the guys Holly? Or dose Potter have to take some back to the hotel for you?” Brain asked.
“I want to come out,” I said.
“Share the great news with everyone?”
I look at Brain and he messed with his marriage ring.
“Did The James come this year?” Todd asks.
I shrugged my shoulders.
“I don’t know I forgot to ask,” I said.
“Ok, get on my back,” Todd said.
I smile and jump on his back. He carried me out and set me next to his car. I smile at Todd and hug him again then get in. Todd gets in and drives away. I go in the restaurant with Todd and Deegan smiles at me. I go to the section they led me too. Brain goes and whistles at the head of the table.The Mulisha guys look at him as he pulls me away from Todd and to the front of the table.
“Holly has some news for all of us,” Brian said.
“Well get on with it Holly” Ryan said.
I rub the back of my neck.
“I’m single,” I said.
“Not for long” Bilko said.
“Bilko, for the tenth hundred time, I do not find you attractive.”
“Are you moving back here?” Marissa asks.
“Yeah, after the Glen Helen race I’m going to go and get my stuff,” I said.
“Are you going there alone?” Todd asks.
I shake my head at him.
“I need to deal with him Todd,” I said.
“When did it happen?” Ronnie ask.
“Um this morning.”
“Potter I swear to god you will let her have at less a month before you start trying to get her to date you,” Haley said.
“Babe, he has try to get with her since they start talking to each other,” Ryan said.
“No he hasn’t,” I said.
“Holly, come on.”
“It was a good six months before he started. It wasn’t till he was fully divorce. I knew him when he was married.”
“You been around longer then I thought.”
I smile and sit down next to Jacko since that was where the empty seats are.
“Brian go sit over there,” Marissa said.
“My own wife doesn’t even love me,” Brian said.

I get up and go sit next to Marissa.
“Now why did you break up with him?” Marissa asks.
“Because she finale wanted to have sex with Todd,” Bilko said.
“Why are you here Bilko everyone else in on the Mulisha?” You said.

“I just I need a room to stay in,” I said.

“Not a chance in hell. She is staying in my room,” Todd said.
“Mates you are all crazy. She is staying with me,” Jacko said.
I laugh and Todd looks at me.

“I see later on tonight ok,” I said.
“So can we know his last name?” Ronnie asks.
I raise your eyebrows at him.
“I didn’t expect you to be for beating him up Ronnie,” I said.

“I don’t and that is what bugs me. I don’t care that I just broke up the engagement. I mean I am a little pissed that he cheated on me, but it’s just why he couldn’t just break up with me before.”

“Can I take a grunt with me to pack stuff for me?”
“Which one?”
“Hill?”
“Aw the Sheila doesn’t like me,” Jacko said.
“I figure you want to be with your sheila, and might be when you are going home.”
“Fine.”
“If it wasn’t for that you be coming with me.”
“While the guys have a demo to do in Florida will he miss that?” Brian asks.
“No of course not I should only be three days at the most,” I said.
“Ok he can go down with you. Let me tell him.”

I eat and talk to the girls.
