Somthings Up with Sophie
-1 week later-
Alexs POV:
I woke up the next morning to my phone beeping loud, i sighed and opened the text. It was Jack and it said: 'Heyy me, Melinda, Rian and Zack are going out for breakfast together. You two wanna join?, text me'. I woke Sophie and asked her and she said sure so i texted Jack back that we were gonna come. He told me to meet them at the diner at 9. It was 8 now. After me and Sophie got showered and dressed we went to the diner.
"Hey" i said as we sat down
"Hey!, im glad you here" Jack said
"Same" i said
"We already ordered, we just got potatoes and pancakes and figured we'd all share" he said
"Sounds good" i said
We talked for a bit and then the food came. Everyone was eating except Sophie, she just drank her water and that was it. I thought it was weird but ignored it thinking she'd eat soon but she didnt. I was gonna ask her about it but Melinda beat me to it.
"Sophie eat!" Melinda said
"Im not hungry" Sophie said
"Your not?" i asked
"No, feeling a little sick" she said
"I hope its not the flu" Rian said and me and Melinda who were on each side of her slid our chairs away from her a bit
"Im sure its nothing" she said
"Okay" i said
Later when we went home it just went down hill from there. Sophie started throwing up and i was really worried. I told her i was making her a doctor appointment, she just mumbled a okay. Later that day we went to the doctors office and only had to sit in the waiting room for a few minutes and then we were called in.
"So Sophie, what seems to be the problem?" the doctor asked her
"Well ive just been feeling sick all day" she said
"Have you thrown up?" the doctor asked
"Mhmmm" she said
"Have you eaten anything to make you sick in the past 24 hours?" the doctor asked
"Nope, i had a plate of pasta last night and that was the last thing i ate" she said
"Oh so you havnt eaten today?" the doctor asked
"I tryed but i felt to sick" she said
"Okay. Is your period late at all?" the doctor asked
"Actually yeah only like two days though, and i was a little worried because im never late. But i just assumed it would come in a few days" Sophie said
"Okay, well were gonna need to take a urine sample and some blood" the doctor said
"For what?" i asked a little scared
"Tests" the doctor said
"What kind?" i asked
"Pregnancy and some viruses" the doctor said
"Oh" i said
"I need you to go pee in this and when you get back i'll be all ready with the needles" the doctor said passing Sophie a cup and she took it
"Okay" Sophie said and left the room
After Sophie returned with the cup the doctor had to draw blood, i had to look away i hate needles. After everything was done the doctor said she'd call us with the test results in a few hours. We went home and Jack came over to hangout. We all just sat in the livingroom and watched a movie and then the phone rang and since Jack was closest he picked it up and looked at the ID.
"Who is it?" i asked
"I think its the doctor" he said
"Oh, hand it over" Sophie said and Jack passed her the phone and she left the room
"I hope the results are good" i said
"Im sure everythings fine, its not gonna be somthing serious" Jack said
"Yeah" i said
We sat and continued to watch the movie. After about ten minutes Sophie returned, she had a look on her face like she was in deep thought. She sat down next to me and took a long sip of my water bottle that was on the table before faced me and Jack and talked.
"So that was the doctor and they got the results back" she said
"Are they good results?" i asked
"I-...uhmm yeah" she said
"What did the doctor say?" i asked
"She said im pregnant" she said smiling
"What?!" i said shocked
"Mhmmm" she said
"But it was your first time" i said
"Well it only takes one time" she said
"Oh wow, im gonna be a daddy!" i said
"So your excited?" she asked happy
"Of course!, were gonna have a little baby!" i said pulling her into a hug and kissing her
"Congrats!" Jack said happy
"Thanks" we said
"I guess this makes you uncle Jack" i said and Jack nodded smiling

i feel like im rushing things in this story, and i guess i am but this is ending at 20 chapter like the last one. But!, there will be a sequal to this which im excited about!comment! :)
