Together Forever

The next day i got up and showered, got dressed and then ate before leaving for work. The day was pretty busy, snow causes lots of accidents. In the middle of the day i got a text from Alex, it said: You up for chopping down a christmas tree tonight, Jack was gonna come over and help us get one and then decorate. Text me back. I texted him back saying sure. Later that night i got home and Jack and Alex were hanging out.

"Hey" i said

"Hey!" Alex said

"So are you guys ready to go?" i asked

"Mhmmm" they said

"Okay just let me change and go pee and we can go" i said and they nodded

I went to our room and changed, after i was dressed i went to the bathroom and then went back to the livingroom and we left. It took us about ten minutes to get to the christmas tree place. We walked around looking and eventually Alex said he found one.

"I found the perfect one!" Alex said

"Uhmm dude did you see the back?" Jack said walking to the back

"Uhmm no...oh wow" Alex said and i walked over to them, it was already rotting and losing alot of pine needles

"You always gotta look at the entire tree" i said

"Whatever" he mumbled

"Okay lets keep looking shall we?" i said and they nodded and we walked away

We walked around for a while and we wernt finding any good ones, i guess thats what we get for not getting one until like a week before christmas. After about fourty five minutes of looking i found one that was perfect. It was green and bushy and not to tall.

"Hey guys i found one!" i said

"This is deffinetly the one" Alex said looking at it

"Okay lets cut this thing down and get out of here. Its like 20 degrees!" Jack said

"Yeah totally" i said

Jack cut it down and they dragged it to get wrapped in that wire stuff. After it was wrapped and paid for we left. We had to stop by the store to get more ornaments and lights, we had some but not much. When we got home and they brought it inside, Jack moved the furniture and Alex went to grab the stuff from the car.

"Why dont you go get the stand for the tree and a knife and cut this thing out of the wire" Jack said

"Mkay" i said and got up and went to the closet and grabbed the stand then went to the kitchen and grabbed a knife. I went back into the livingroom just as Alex was walking in

"Okay i got the stuff" Alex said putting the bag on the floor and then going outside and picking up another box and bringing it inside

"Whats that?" i asked

"Our other ornaments!" he said

"Oh okay" i said

"Alright Sophie cut this thing open so we can get to work" Jack said and i nodded

I cut the wire stuff off the tree and then they put it up. After putting it in the tree stand and adjusting it so it wasnt tipping, it was time to decorate. I put up the lights and then we started putting ornaments up.

"Jack move!" i said trying to push Jack over with my knee who was crouched down fixing somthing

"No hold on two seconds" he said

"Jack move or i'll knee you in the face" i said

"Fine, jeez your so hormonal. I dont like it" he said

"Whatever, deal with it" i said

"Meanie" Jack said getting off the floor

"Love you to Barakat" i said and Alex just laughed and shook his head

We continued to put up ornatments and then we were done, it looked awesome. Everything was put on it perfectly and the star on top was straight. Alex plugged in the lights on the tree and turned off the lights in the house to see what the lights looked like. They were pretty.

"We did good" i said

"Yeah we did" Alex said

"I love it!" Jack said

"Me to" i said and put the lights back on

"Im gonna go get a beer in the kitchen, you guys want anything?" Jack asked

"Gatorade" i said

"Beer" Alex said

"Mkay" Jack said and ran off to the kitchen

"This is gonna be our first christmas as a married couple" Alex said wrapping his arms around me

"Mhmm, and next year its gonna be our first as a whole family" i said and he kissed my cheek and rubbed my stomach

"Back with the drinks" Jack said coming back with the drinks

"Thank you" i said taking my gatorade and Alex took his beer

"So babe what do you want for christmas?" Alex asked me as we all sat down on the couch

"Nothing, i have everything i could ever want" i said kissing him
