Tonight's Consequence
Troubles
I crawled into Cassy's bed
"What's wrong Liz?"
"Just can't sleep in here since it's new here."
Cassy cuddled up to me "It's okay."
"I know but it's gonna be hard to sleep here for a while."
"I know."
I kissed his cheek. He smiled.
"We promised."
"Damn I was hoping you would have forgotten."
He chuckled. I smiled at him.
"We should probably get to bed" As Victor starts crying.
I groan and get up to get him
"Why don't you put his crib in here?"
"Seriously?"
"Yeah unless he still hates me?"
"Betcha he does."
"Liz be serious."
"Um okay attitude much?"
"I just think we should be more mature"
"Like you are?"
"After that comment I'm more mature then you."
"Um excuse me?"
"C'mon we're going to be adults soon and we have our own house now, Liz."
"So that means we can't joke."
"My house I want you to be mature."
I glared at him "Your house?"
"You heard me my house I pay the bills"
"So what should I just move out?"
"You know I didn't mean that." Cassy looked sympathetic and tilted his head slightly looking at me.
"Sure sounded like it"
"I'm sorry"
"Let's just go to bed, Cassy."
"Okay night then." sighed looked down then looke up at me again
I put Victor in Cassy's bed and then got his crib and put it near the side of his bed where I'm going to sleep tonight. I gave Victor his milk and put him to sleep then in his crib. It took along time for me to get to sleep. That night I slept with my back to Cassy but facing Victor in his crib.
"What's wrong Liz?"
"Just can't sleep in here since it's new here."
