Frerard - You Can Run Away With Me
Just after the disaster
I fought my way out of the rubble, and heard crashes and bangs as I got up and looked around. I saw buildings collapsing as if from a will of there own, and lightning striking everywhere I looked. I saw someone move out of the corner of his eye, and I turned around ready to strike, but notices some vibrantly red hair make an appearance from beneath the rubble.
"Gerard!" I called and I ran over to help him up. Lightning flashed and I felt the electricity rush up through my feet, I wasn't much, but enough to make me panic. "Come on Gerard, we have to run!" I shouted above all the noise.
He stood up, "Mikey first, then Ray and Bob, then we can run. We can run away from here."
I sighed, "Grab Mikey, I'll get Ray, then we can find Bob." We started looking, I looked over and noticed Gerard was already digging through one area. I kept looking and noticed a very familiar curly hair poking above the rubble. I began to remove pieces away from his body and he began to stir.
"Come on Torosaurus, wakey wakey, I need your help." He slowly began to open his eyes, "Grab my hand" I said when he finally opened them the rest of the way. He reached up and grabbed on, I started trying to pull him out, without much avail. "Dammit" I screamed when he barely budged. I pushed more wood and shit aside, until I could safely pull him out, "Come on Ray, help me out here." I said
"I'm trying," he snapped, and I felt him slide back towards me slightly.
"We're getting there, come on!" I shouted, pulling more. He screamed a bit, but finally made it out of the pile of rubble. We ran over to help Gerard and Mikey pull Bob out of the destruction. Once he was out, I motioned for them all to follow.
"Let's go!" I shouted above the noise, if we were going to die, we were to die together, and with a fighting chance. We started to run, to places that already seemed to be demolished, we would be less likely to be found there,

Look guys, I know this is short, but it's more of a background and a set-up so you kind of understand exactly what they are up against. There will be more chapters like this to come, flashbacks of some sorts
