    I didn't know what to do. I lived in that house for as long as I could remember. How could that happen?

    I woke up in the middle of the night, and I was lying with Johnno in the hospital bed. My mom was lying on the bench/bed, over by the window sill. I smiled and snuggled up to Johnno. I fell back asleep.
