The Boarders
Letter Four Is Received; Daniel Jacks
"James, get up!" I squeezed my eyes shut in attempt to block out who ever was yelling at me.
"Now! For god sake do what I say!" I sighed, my Dad was clearly in a bad mood so I got out of bed, quite unwillingly, and walked to where his voice was coming from. Our house was small and cramped. No one really tidied it often, the only thing that was done on time was washing clothes. But otherwise things would lie on the table tops for weeks before it was moved 1 metre to the other table.
"Yes?" I rubbed my eyes and squinted, the windows were open and the sun was shinning through.
"The mail came this morning, " He looked at me directly "I have something to tell you"
"We're not getting evicted again are we?" I panicked and ran forward to see the letter he was holding, he smiled and shook his head,
"No no! It's good news James, for once any way.. Here" He handed me the letter, it was addressed to me. It had already been opened but I was still careful with it. I began to read the letter,
Dear Mr. J Samuel,
I am writing to invite you to become a student at Rookwood. Each year we invite a certain amount of students that we believe deserve a place at Rookwood. I believe you are one of them. You are a perfect student, consistently great grades and wonderful at sport. I would like to ask you to become a boarder at Rookwood, for free, as long as you achieve the right grades. Please ring me as soon as you read this letter,

I was speechless, I looked at my Dad. He cried and so did I. This was the best thing that happened to us, I was going to a boarding school, one that was respectably the best in the country. I was ready to pack then and there. I still had a month to go but I was ready.

Once again, this used to be in the view of James Samuels but I re-did their lives and found that this suited him better, re-read chapter 3 because that has been completely reposted.Sorry if this is a bit confusing, I'll answer questions if you want, ( if any one here actually is that into it :3 )
