A Lifetime Together

Chapter 2

We have always been together.

When that drunk bastard in the subway tried to feel me up, you knocked his teeth out and broke his nose, only because everyone around us had to hold you before you did something worse.

Nothing could pull us apart, ever. We would be best friends forever. Or so I thought.

The day I turned fifteen, I found out how you truly felt about me. "I thought we were best friends," I remember telling you... You smiled at me, shy and cute, and took my hands. And then I realized I loved you, too.

It was so perfect. You were so perfect. I had never been happier in my entire life.

We got married as soon as we could (having to wait all those years was almost unbearable!) The ceremony was beautiful. You gave me an autumn sunset wedding; it was just what I had dreamt of, and even more.

For our honeymoon, you took me to the United States, where we stayed for a couple of days, 'till the italian cruise arrived at Fort Lauderdale. We spent a wonderful week in the Caribbean, and made love every night.

I love you so much!
