What causes someone to take action in this? Is it an impulse? Some sick twisted desire? Or maybe the person is just not all that right in their head.

You can have your life taken from you or have your loved ones taken from you. Either way we always hope that we won’t ever be affected by it.
Both ends are heavily affected.

You often wonder why? How?

Is there ever a right to commit murder?
A cheating spouse? Some rude comments?
Should there ever be a reason? Should someone be given the power to take another’s life?
