Vampires, Werewolves, and... Love? Oh My!

"I hate leaving you at home on a Friday night," Bella said. Again.
I rolled my eyes for the millionth time. "Sis, just go get ready. I'll be fine by myself."
She glared at me and grudgingly made her way upstairs. I pulled my pocket knife from inside my boot and opened it. The sharp edge looked so inviting. It had already been two whole weeks since my trip to the hospital. I still an anorexic, bulimic, cutter but I was just more careful to not get caught. The point of the blade was about to break through my smooth skin when she ran back down. I jumped and hid the knife in my hoodie pocket.
"Shit, Bella! You scared the crap out of me. Aren't you supposed to be getting ready?"
"Yes. But I've been thinking. What if I called Edward and instead of just the two of us going out, we all just go hang out together?"
"Why don't you invite Alice instead?"
"The rest of the family's out of town."
I smirked at my twin. "Oh, I see. You're afraid that with the house to yourselves, you're not coming home with your innocence. Is that it?"
She blushed. "No! Edward and I aren't going to have sex."
"Well why not?" I scoffed. "You have an entire mansion to fool around in. I'd do it."
"This isn't about me right now,” she said quickly, her face bright red. “Do you want to go with us? Please say yes."
"Bella. I don't want to be a third wheel. Don't worry about me."
“You said that last time,” she mumbled darkly.
Just then the doorbell rang before I could argue. "Door," Dad called from his couch.
"Don't strain yourself," I muttered sarcastically as I followed Bella from the kitchen. Talk about a lazy ass.
"Hi Billy. Hey Jake," I heard Bella greet. WHAT?! I ran to the door. If my sister was planning something then I was going to totally-
"Hiya, Billy. Did you bring the fish fry?" Dad asked, walking up behind us and finally getting his butt off the couch.
"Sure did. How are you girls today?"
"Fine. What's up?" I asked. I ignored Jacob and Bella.
"Jake and I just came to watch the basketball game with Charlie."
"Oh? Who's playing?" I tried to sound interested.
"Huskies are playing ASU."
"Really? The Sun Devils are playing tonight?" Now I really was interested. I wasn't an athlete, but I loved watching sports, especially from my home state. I hopped over the back of the couch and stole the remote. I hit info and the screen said 'Arizona State vs. University of Washington.' "Damn it. If I was still in Phoenix I totally could've gone to the game."
There was a knock at the door and Edward came in. Billy and Jacob glared, even though I could see they tried not to. Hm, wonder what their problem is. "Ready to go, Bella?" he asked. "You're more than welcome to join us if you’d like, Lizzy. You too, Jacob." Edward was polite enough but there was something up Bella’s sleeve if he was inviting Jake.
"Lizzy, will you please come with us? I hate that you're going to be cooped up on a Friday night doing nothing."
"Not true. I'll be busy watching ASU beat Washington." What can I say? I go for my home team.
"You really think Arizona can beat Washington?" Jacob asked in a condescending tone.
I glared daggers at him. "First of all, it’s Arizona State, not that retarded school down south of them. Secondly, I know they can. And just to make things interesting, I'll make a bet with you. Sun Devils win, you dress up in a pink ballerina tutu. Huskies win, and I will. A picture of the loser goes up on the internet."
"You've got a deal. But how about this. You and me take up Cullen on his offer and then to make it up to him and Bella, the four of us can go to the game in Seattle tomorrow. Sound good to you?"
I mauled that over. "Bella, can I talk to you?" I said with false sweetness. I could see the words 'oh crap' in her expression.
I pulled her outside and rounded on her. "This was all your idea, wasn't it?" I snapped.
"My-?” There was no way that she’d be able to lie to me and she knew it. “Fine. Yes it was. Please just come with us. You and Jacob, and Edward and I can have a great time. If you come with us tonight then we'll go with you to the game tomorrow so you're not alone with Jake. Okay?"
"Fine, just because I want to go to that basketball game tomorrow. But you have to promise me that you won't leave me alone with him."
"I swear."
We ended up going to a movie in Port Angeles. Jacob offered to pay for me but I bought my own ticket. We were seeing Transformers 2. My vote had been for Orphan but Bella overruled it. I complained the entire time into the theater. “I don’t even like Megan Fox!” I whined. They all ignored me so I shut up once I took my seat and realized I wasn’t getting my way no matter what and bitching was useless.
I sat with Jacob on my right and Bella on my left with Edward on the other side of her. "Hey, Bells," Jacob said during the boring previews, "remember the last time we went to a movie?"
She laughed a little. "Yes. It was that scary one that we were laughing at. It was you, me, and Mike. And Mike got sick."
"You really went on a date with Jacob and Mike? You must have been desperate."
"Oh shut it, Liz. I remember that you went to two movies with three separate boys at the same time. How did that work out again?" Not well. They all found out and I ended up having to walk home. Jerks.
I glared at my sister for bringing it up. "Yeah but it wasn't Mike Newton. That asshole had a damn bet with Rick over me. They're both lucky I didn't get Dad's gun and shoot them at school."

*Jacob's Pov*
"Wait, what happened?" I asked.
"I'm gonna kill Mike Newton and Rick Sands,” she said matter-of-factly. “They were trying to see who could- how should I put this for your little ears? They wanted to see which one of them I would sleep with first. Of course I found out and yelled at them during lunch. It was pretty fun to humiliate them in front of the entire student body but I still want to kill them both."
I started shaking in anger. How could anyone think of doing something like that to Lizzy? If I ever see Newton again I'll-
"Jacob? Can you go get me a soda?" Bella asked quickly. She glanced nervously between me and Lizzy. She could see that I was losing it big time. Lizzy just looked at me like I was crazy and shrugged when I calmed back down. I nodded and went to get Bella something from the concession stand. I know that she normally doesn’t drink soda and was just trying to get my attention. I can't believe I almost phased so close to Lizzy.

*bella's POV*
"You don't even like any of the drinks or you would have gotten something earlier," my twin accused me.
"Well I wasn’t thirsty then. I’m going to pay him back."
"What was with him? He looked like he was about to explode." She giggled to herself, completely joking.
*If only you knew, sis. Jacob had better tell you soon before I do. This is driving me crazy*
