Make Me Better

Chapter 69

Brian was a nice guy and I really doubted he had the 'hots' for me. We made small talk but we managed to finish the paper. I leaned back in my chair and rubbed at my eyes. We had been at the library for about two hours.

"Thanks for helping me." Brian smiled, printing out his essay.

"No problem."

Just then, little miss annoying decided to walk in. Jenna popped her head into the library, looking left to right. I looked away from her and prayed that she wouldn't notice us.

But she did, "Brian?" Brian turned in her chair, looking up at her. I kept my gaze focused on my wrist, staring at the silver bracelet.

"Getting close to Olive, huh?" I had barely even heard her, and maybe that was a good thing.

"What?" Brian asked, confusion written all over his face, he looked over at me and I shrugged.

"I helped him with his paper, that's all." I replied.

"And why does it matter to you?" Brian asked. Jenna scoffed and glared down at him. It was beyond me that he actually dated her, she was rude and difficult.

"Why do you care?" Was her reply. I shook my head, this conversation was going nowhere. I stood up but neither of them noticed because they were too busy glaring at eachother.

"I'll see you later, Brian." I said loud enough so that he could only hear. He looked over and nodded.

"when are you going to just leave me alone?" I heard Brian asking as I walked out the library. I made my way out the building and looked over at the setting sun. The parking lot was empty except for one car, who's owner was leaning against the hood, a cigarette in between his lips.

"What are you doing here?" I asked, pushing the strap of my bag higher up onto my shoulder.

"Waiting for my girl." I smiled a little and I was pretty sure I was blushing.

"You've been here the whole time?" I asked, walking over to him. He nodded once and threw the cigarette onto the floor, stepping on it.

"Well, isn't that sweet of you?" I asked, smiling up at him. He grinned and pulled me closer to him.
"So, prom is coming up." Frank mentioned as he wrapped an arm around my shoulders.

"I know." I nodded.

"Do you wanna go? I mean- only if you want to, of course." He was stuttering and it was quite adorable.

I shrugged, "are you asking me to be your date or are you just asking if I want to go?"

"I'm asking you to be date, duh." He rolled his eyes playfully. I sighed a little and pulled away from him,

"Well, Brian asked me first."

"What the f-"

"Ha ha, I got you." I giggled.

"That was not funny, Oli." He shook his head and pouted, "maybe I don't want you to be my date afterall."

"Aw, come on," I nudged him slightly, "you have to go with me, you'll pick me up and my mom will probably freak and take loads of pictures, then we won't dance 'cause we can't, so we'll probably have to bring some booze then we can have drunken sex in the backseat of your car."

"We can have sober sex in the backseat of my car, right now." He wiggled his eyebrows. I glared a little , "we're in the school parking lot, Frankie."

"So?" He shrugged. I stayed quiet, thinking about the trouble we could get in if we were caught but my logic flew out the window when Frank pinned me against the car, his body pressed against mine.

"Did you get taller?" I breathed out, it was either that or the backseat of his car had shrunk.

"I doubt it." He groaned.

"I'm not having fun." I bit my lip, trying not to moan. Sure, sex was great but my back hurt and my head kept hitting the side console, Frank sighed and pulled away from me. He sat down and pulled me up, setting me in his lap. I yelped and put my arms over my chest, anyone could walk by and totally see that we were having sex.

"It'll be fine." He mumbled into my neck. He pried my arms from my chest, wrapping his arms around my waist, pulling me tight against him.

"Frank, if we get caught, I swear to - ohhhhh." He smirked at me, I shook my head and tried to gain some sort of composure. I couldn't even think straight, not with the way Frank was making me feel.

"So, are we going to prom?" Frank asked, snapping me out my thoughts. Why was he talking to me? I could barely think straight right now. Talking during sex wasn't normal, right?

"W-what?" I asked, sounding out of breath.

"Are. We. Going. To. Prom?" He asked through gritted teeth.

I threw my head back, "oh my god, Frank." I was breathing heavily, while Frank seemed to be at ease.

"Is that a yes?" He smirked, grasping my face in his hands, pulling my face closer to his so that our foreheads were touching.

"Of course."

"You're so beautiful." He mumbled.

I snorted in laughter, "even when I'm out of breath and all sweaty?"

"It' such a turn on."

"Oh my god." I said, turning a bright pink color. He laughed and pressed his lips against mine, tangling his hands in my hair.

"Can we go now?" I asked, pulling away. "I'm pretty sure someone is going to see us."

"Ok, ok."
