Step-sisters Jaycee Carter and Rumor James just recently moved to the Big Apple to start their lives over. The 21-year old girls are looking for something more in the new place. New York is just that place. The girls never expected to get themselves involved with anyone there. They came to New York for them to get better, not to get distracted, but what happens when a group of Rockers come into the picture?
