Romantic Nightmare
Chapter 13
~Trinity's P.O.V~
I looked down at my jeans as he babbled on as I played with a string on the hole in my jeans. "How do you like Fallen Heights so far." He asked
"I really like it. Nice people and all." I looked up at him with my blueish greenish eyes glimmering. I ran my fingers through my hair.
"How come you hardly hang out with people?" I ask before I know what I said. I quickly covered my mouth with my hand.
"Wait, sorry I didn't mean to say that, uh, sorry!" I blurted out. My cheeks quickly surfaced a blush as I looked down and covered my face with my hair.
He basically looked at me with amused eyes. "I'm a idiot, just so you know." I smiled and a wave of relief flashed through my body as he flashed a smile back.
"No your not. I guess I just don't relate to the same things as them."
I shrugged. "Do you relate to the same things as me?" I asked after a moment. "Not at all." He mumbled.
"Then why are you hanging with me now." I looked up at him. He started to say something but he was cut off by Clyde.
"I bought you all like five ice creams!" He says as he dumps dozens of ice creams onto the picnic table. "Thank." I say quietly.
I was actually disappointed. He hardly knew me but he assumed we were nothing alike. He can't know this for sure. Can he?
When Xander wasn't right by us, I walked over to Clyde, who was now sitting on the slide. "Hey, um, if you did want to do the list, you could. Even if your cousin didn't want to." I say with a smile.
Clyde remained quite, looking behind me.
My eyes wander and see Xander giving Clyde a look. I sighed. "I don't get why you him back your decisions. " He simply shrugged.
"Plus, if you do it, Xander will probably follow." I say thinking about how Xander always hangs out with Clyde.
"You're right!" Clyde exclaims as he stands up saluting. Oh Clyde.
