Let It Shine

Cameron's POV

I am at the store getting some junk food because we are all going to meet up at the beach and each of us will bring something. It should be fun.

We are at the beach, Zach and Kira were looking at the water, Megan got here but Zach didn't notice so she hugged him from behind and kissed his cheek.

"I have something for you" Zach whispered to her

"What is it?" Megan asked

"Close your eyes" Zach whispered and she did as he said. He crawled over to the food basket and took out something and then kneeled in front of her.

"Ok open your eyes" Zach said looking at her with a red rose

"Zach that's adorable" Megan squealed

"I'm taking that as you liked it" Zach said smiling and she nodded. All of a sudden she jumped on him, kissing him and taking him down. Mina and Kira were talking about how cute that was and Nate, Michael, and Rebecca are playing Frisbee, me, I'm just relaxing.

"I'm hungry" Nate whined minutes later

"There is a lot of food so make your choice" Kira said

"I want a sandwich with Doritos" Zach said then started getting everything he needed

"Zach can you get me some Doritos too" Megan said. Zach gave Megan some chips then shared the sandwich.

"We'll be right back" Michael said and left with Nate. The girls were talking, me and Zach were laughing about something he said when Michael and Nate came back with a black bag filled with stuff. They took out two water guns and they attacked us, Michael the girls and Nate us. Nate kept wetting us then me and Zach ran after him and tackled him.

"Get off me! You guys are too fat!" Nate yelled

"Nope this is our revenge" I said

"Michael, help!" Nate pleaded, Michael turned around to Nate, getting distracted and the Kira and Mina took advantage of that and jumped on him taking him to the ground then the other girls jumped on top.

"Four against one, no fair" Michael protested under all the girl. Zach and I still didn't let Nate go, I was giving him a knuckle sandwich.

"We surrender!" Nate and Michael yelled at the same time. We looked in the bag and took out water guns and we attacked each other, we fell to the ground laughing when we ran out of water.

"That was fun" Mina said

"Let’s go in the water!" Zach yelled jumping up and down like a little kid then ran to the water. They came back and we played beach football but things didn’t end well for Nate, he was trying to show off and ended up falling on his face. Zach and Megan were chasing each other while the rest of us ate some more.

"Aww they are so cute!" Mina said excitingly looking at the couples now laying down and hugging.

"I'm glad they are happy" Kira said. All of a sudden it started raining and Zach started running in the rain.

"Let’s go! Let’s go!" Rebecca yelled trying to hide from the rain.

"You're cold" Zach said hugging Megan since she was shivering.

"Not anymore" Megan whispered and both of them smiled

"C'mon lets go. Oh guys can you please take the rest?" Zach asked, we nodded and they started walking

"Wait, you guys are going walking?" I asked

"Well I didn't bring my car so yeah..." Zach said

"Have your shirt back, you're cold" Megan said trying to give Zach back the shirt she had stolen from him because she touched him and he was cold

"It's fine" Zach said putting his towel over her

"No it's not" Megan said

"As long as you're fine I will be too" Zach said

"Zach you do so much for me, you're the best boyfriend ever" Megan said smiling at him

"It's all about you, everything I do is for you and all I want is to make you happy" Zach said hugging her and they walked away in the rain. The rest of us barely fit in Michael's car, having to squeeze Mina in the back with me, Nate and Kira.

Nathan's POV

Today was a fun day even though it rained on us. We are at Michael's house watching movies. I think it’s awesome how he has a soundproof room.

"Kira I didn't know you like Eminem?" Michael questioned

"I like a few songs, my favorite is Mocking Bird, my friend showed me the song and since then I loved it" Kira said

"Nate give us a sneak peek, we won’t tell Zach" Mina pleaded

"Nope, you guys are gonna have to wait" I said

"One of us knows" Kira said looking at everyone

"I don't know anything!" Cam defended

"Sure you don't, Zach tells you everything" Mina said. Michael kissed Rebecca

"Let’s play Truth of Dare" Michael said

"Time to reveal some secrets" Cam said

"Michael truth or dare?" Cam asked

"Dare" Michael said

"I dare you to run around the street in boxers and to yell that you love fairies" Cam said. Michael did his dare but was embarrassed because people saw him but that kind of was the point.

"Mina truth or dare" Kira asked

"Truth" Mina said

"Tell us the story of your first crush" Kira said

"When I was in third grade, I had a crush on a boy named Tony, he had been in my class since kindergarten , but I started liking him in the third grade, we were friends, one time he shared a cookie with me... but whatevers haha..." Mina said blushing

"Ahh innocent love" Michael said

"Cameron truth or dare" I asked

"I dare you to chug a bottle of soda" I said

"Kira truth or dare" Michael asked

"Truth" Kira said like always

"Tell us everything about the first time you lips touched someone else’s, I want details" Michael said grinning

"Aww she's blushing" Cam said

"C'mon tell us" Rebecca said

"Fine but promise this stays between us" Kira said

"You already know the rules" Mina said

"The first person I kissed was... Zach..." she said blushing and our jaws dropped

"No way" Cam said in shock

"Zach doesn't know so SHUT UP!" Kira demanded

"How does Zach not know you kissed?" Michael asked

"I had a crush on him in the sixth grade, we had spent the whole day together, we were in his room watching cartoons and he fell asleep. I turned to look at him and he was smiling and then he pouted his lips, I quickly looked away from him and then turned back at him, I figured this was the only chance I was gonna get of kissing him since he would have never done it himself and I wouldn't have had the courage to do it with him awake. And you know how he is a heavy sleeper so I went over to his side and have him a kiss, I kissed my best friend. I felt so embarrassed and that somehow he would find out what I did so I avoided him for a week" Kira said embarrassed

"Wow you and Zach" Mina said

"Me and Zach nothing, he didn't even know, and he better not! Zach was my first and biggest crush I ever has and that is all Zach was and will be" Kira said, Zach walked in and heard the "that’s all Zach was and will be" part

"What are you guys saying about me?" Zach asked with Megan behind him.

"Can't tell you, truth or dare and you know the rules" Michael said. Zach glared at us or a moment then walked in holding Megan's hand pulling her in, he gave her a quick kiss then they sat with us.

"Zach truth or dare?" Michael asked

"Truth" Zach said

"Tell us about your biggest crush" Rebecca asked. Cam, Kira and I were surprised by the question and not sure what Zach's reaction will be.

"Hey relax, it's not like Megan will mind, right?" Michael asked

"It's fine, I want to know about your past love life, besides I know your all mine" Megan said hugging him.

"C'mon tell us about this girl" Michael said, Kira and Cam gave him a look and he realized this wasn’t a good topic to talk about

"It was Kaylee ok" Zach said louder than necessary, "she was my first girlfriend and the first girl that broke my heart" Zach said quieter

"Her loss, she missed out on the best boyfriend" Megan said

"Megan truth or dare?" Michael asked

"Truth" Megan said

"That’s no fun. Fine tell us a big secret" Michael said

"My brother uses drugs" Megan said looking relieved to finally say it

"Woah that was not expecting that one" Rebecca said

"Let’s do something else" I said. Mina's phone started ringing and I got it before she could and read the text:
omg you will never guess who I saw! Ok guess who I saw!? Never mind dont guess I HAVE to say it! I saw D!

"So Mina who's D?" Michael asked looking over my shoulder

"No no, what did the text say this is embarrassing" Mina said

"Now who is this guy?" Kira asked

"The guy who I've had the biggest crush on, since the seventh grade to the ninth grade, he moved and I never saw him again" Mina said

"So what’s his name?" Cam asked

"David" Mina said blushing

"Do you want to see him again?" I asked

"Nope" Mina said simply

"Why not?" Zach asked

"Well it's not like that might change anything besides him probably looking hotter but anyway he was a 'bad boy' and also I've always seen it as a fantasy, something that won't happen but I don’t mind and I don't have a crush on him anymore" Mina said

"Oooh Mina likes the bad boys" Michael teased

"Actually most of my previous crushed were bad boys" Mina said

After out little game of Truth or Dare we played video games and board games. It was pretty fun. We were playing Guitar Hero and it made me think of the talent show, I'm so excited for that. I can't wait until Zach and I get on that stage and show everyone what we got.
