It's a Brand New Start

Scarlett is 17 years old and lives with her mother, Judy. Her mother has taken care of her her whole life ever since her dad left them when she was only 7. One day, Scarlett's mother told her some news. They had new neighbors moving in next door. Scarlett wasn't so excited. She was hoping it would be a girl around her age. But it wasn't. It was a divorced dad and his son, the same age as Scarlett. She wasn't super sad, but she didn't need another immature teenage boy running around her neighborhood. This means her mom would make her show him around everywhere, and he was probably going to be an ass. Scarlett knew one thing for sure, she wasn't going to fall for him. No matter how hot he was. She wasn't going to fall for the "new guy" in town. She didn't want love right now. When Scarlett finds out the boy is quite promiscuous, things get even better.
