Brooke and her twin brother, Alex, are moving to Lutherville. Their mom had just gotten a promotion as a nurse, and it couldn't be ignored. Brooke and Alex are close twins; they tell each other everything. Alex gets to do what he loves most- play music; and Brooke gets what she wants - a new start. They're both ready for what is coming their way. But when Brooke gets off with the wrong crowd of people - things for the twins and their friends turns upside down.
