My Life Unplanned

I was given three days to make the choice that would change my life forever. I could take care of this “problem,” my mother said. She could take me to the clinic and a doctor could get rid of it, like a cancerous tumor. It was called an abortion.

Or I could vanish from my family's life as no more than a minor inconvenience. My mother said if I chose to keep this baby, I would be disowned. She could not mother a child who willingly became a carrier of Satan’s spawn.

I have been forced out of the home I have lived in since birth, taken away from the people I love. I lost my name, my life, and my identity. In three days, my whole world came crashing down.

No one will know that I was the girl on the news, "the victim" of the horrible California gang rape that was witnessed by more than 20 people. No one will know that from that horrible accident I turned from an innocent virgin Christian to the mother of Satan’s Spawn, a 15-year old pregnant girl.

This is my life…unplanned.
