Chapter Forty

The golden trio stood in front of the Loom estate.

Different colors of light seemed to come from the mansion.

Stagecoaches and carriages were surrounding the pathway.

The house was pouring with rich and shallow people.

Alice pouted as she gave the house a thumbs down.

The March Hare whistled, "Wow. What a house!"

Jack grinned as they approached the door, "Malice is very spoiled. She has these kinds of parties almost every other night. So it's not that hard not to notice this."

Alice rolled her eyes and said, "I could see this house from a mile away."

The March Hare stupidly asked, "How so?"

"Just look for a house that has the most lights on it."

Jack smirked and snaked his arms around Alice's waist.

"Are you ready to go, love?"

Alice grinned and grabbed his face as they neared to the crowd of people, "I'm always ready."

And the March Hare had to interrupted the moment.

"Hey! Wait for me, lovsies!"

Well. It took me a couple of minutes to write this. You know why?
A bug suddenly was flying around the room.
And my very deep fear of insects kicked in and my instincts brought me outside the room.

I had to wait until my maid killed the bug for me.

Yeah. The chapter sucks. I know. The story will be on hiatus I think. Planning to make a new story. Also wondering...Why does Chapter Thirty-eight has 12 readers or something when Chapter Thirty-nine has 21?
