I am the Fallen

I walked into Shade's house and it was amazing. When he walked in I could full see his back. There was something shimmering slightly. I reached out to touch it but he turned around so quick I couldn't.

"What were you doing?" He asked, his voice and eyes held a nervousness I had yet to see in him.

"Your back was all shimmer-y... I wanted to see if I was going crazy." I exlained myself. By the look on his face I was not crazy. "What was it?"

"I can't show you, you would run away!" He said, "I can't lose you!"

"You won't, from what we did at Luke's house, I think I'm going to stick aroud." I touched his arm sypatheticly.

"No, I'll become a one night stand, and you'll hate me." He seemed confused one what to do.

"Shade." I said as I pulled on his chin to look me in the eyes. It was like pulling on a statue. Finally he looked at me. "I don't have one night stands. You were my first."

"Wait, I took your virginity?" He gasped.

"Yes and I don't regret it at all and I won't leave you, I promise." I gave him a little peck on the lips.

"You have to promise not to run!" He looked at me. I nodded. "Okay,but I have to show you otherwise you won't believe me." he said it as if he were convincing himself. I just kept looking into his eyes and I heard a ruffling, but I didn't look.

"Look at what I am." He sounded ashamed. "I really wish I could be a normal teenage boy for you, but I can't." I barely heard what he said. I only saw the huge set of black wings extening from his back. And above his head there was a cracked halo.

I took a few deep breaths so I wouldn't faint. "Y-you're an angel!" I gasped. That's why he was so perfect, why he didn't have any blemishes, why he hardly slept afterward in the guest room, why he was so confident, and why I melted whenever he kissed me.

"A Fallen angel." He made sure to make Fallen important.

"F-fallen?" I stuttered.

"Here let's sit down." He took my hand and led me to his extra soft and comfy bed and looked into my eyes. "Now when I was younger...."
