So long and thanks for all the fish

Everyone except Mick and Spanner waved the parents and siblings off. The girls had gone into the bathroom to talk about something. They had already said goodbye.

When Jester and Cort came back inside he found the girls staring at a blank screen on the tv sitting on the sofa.

"If you turn it on it shows things like scrubs." Jester waved his hand in the girl's faces.

Mickey swiped it away. "Leave us alone."

"Whoa easy!" He joked. "What are you on your period or something?"

"No." Spanner said quietly.

"So why are you so mood?" Jester teased her.

"Coz we're meant to be." She snapped.

Mick looked at Cort sorrowfully. "We both took tests....Cort I'm pregnant."

Cort stared at her open jawed for a while. Mick got up and tried rousing him. "Cort? Helloo wake up."

Jester looked at Spanner hopefully. "You aren't are you?"

Spanner smiled meekly. "You're going to be a dad."

Cort fainted. Jester went into shock.

"They both pulled Jacoby's." Mick commented. "Speaking of which we should go get them maybe they can help."
