Bones found in Abandoned meadow...
The local news headline screams "BONES FOUND IN ABANDONED MEADOW."
The television is on mute, but as soon as I see the head line, I turn up the volume so its blasting.
"Local teen, Melynna Douglas disappeared over 5 months ago, is it possible these could be her remains? Could this discovery finally put and end to the mystery of Melynna Douglas."
The peppy, over dramatic, Anchor fakes an empethetic smile for the camera.
She didnt know, Melynna.
How could she possibly care?
Does she have any idea how it feels to have your heart ripped out of your chest?!
The only person who really understood me is gone.
Vanished in to thin air, and this might be the end of the greiving?!

Not until we find out what happened to Melynna.

"Gigi, calm down." I think to my self.
I call Lex.
He answers.
"Lex, I just--"
"I know, I saw it too" he says

"I dont know" He says
"We were the only two people who knew about the meadow.
Only us, besides Melynna.
Neither of us could have done this." I blurt out, with out taking a breath
"Somebody else HAD to have known!" he shouts
"I didnt tell anyone." I swore
"I didnt either" He agrees...
"What if....Melynna told someone?" I suggest
"No." He says "No"
"I know, she wouldnt have told anyone that was our place." I say
We hangup.
The police search the entire meadow.
The news broadcast says that they found a small cabin just hidden in the woods past the meadow.
The cabin was abandoned, but inside of it they found something...
A muddy, navy blue hoodie.
The one Melynna was wearing when she left my house that night.
They also find a condom with Lex's dna on it.
Lex was arrested and taken in for questioning.
Lex told them everything he knew
"Melynna and I made love once, but it wasnt in a cabin, it was in the middle of the meadow. I didnt even know there was a cabin up there."
Lex was released and told me everything that happened.
"Lex, once Melynna and I were up there and we saw a swing. It had a rope, and a wooden seat. It was rotted, but someone else had definately been up there before." I said
"The police say that they found human remains, burried under a dead ivy tree. They are testing it to see if they're Melynnas" He said
"Ohk, call me as soon as you find anything out."
We wouldnt find out any information for a month...
