I used to write your name on my hand, but some times I’d wash it off.
I used to write your name in the sand, but the waves always washed it away.
I used to write your name on paper, but sometimes it’d get thrown away.
I used to write your name in my heart, and I thought that forever, it would stay.
But forever doesn’t mean the same to you as it did to me, so I had to show you just what forever really meant!
