Don't Forget To Remember Me

Sierra Colborne moved away from her hometown of Winnipeg, Manitoba when she was just 9 years old. She just didn't leave her family, but she left her best friend Jonathan Toews. Her and Jonathan would always write each other letters. He'd tell her about going to Shattuck St. Mary's and going to the University of North Dakota. She'd tell him about her horses and medical school. They even confessed their love for each other multiple times. The last time Jonathan wrote to Sierra was when he got drafted to the Chicago Blackhawks. It's now 2011, where Jonathan and Sierra are both 22 turning 23 and Sierra is heading to Chicago to be with Jonathan. The thing is they haven't even talked since after the draft. Are Sierra and Jonathan going to live happily ever after or has Jonathan have a girl in her life?
