"It's a simple question, Liv." His smile was wide, bright, and beautiful―just as it always was. "Yes or no?"
I stared down at his shirt again. The white of the fabric made his tan skin look even darker than normal, the black of the letters clear and easily seen by my pale green eyes:
It was the cheesiest thing I'd ever seen, yet the sweetest all at once.
With a grin and a blush on my cheeks, I reached into my pocket for that neon pink Sharpie that I just so happened to shove in there, not even realizing that it would actually come in use.
I slowly crossed the space between us, looking him straight in the eyes before putting one large, pink check mark in the Yes box. I grinned. "Sure thing, loser."
And then he kissed me.
