Too Good To Be True..

"I'm so pumped for tonight!" I said to Kayla as we walked five minutes to her house.

"Me too! Adam is gonna be, like, totally jealous." Kayla smiled. Eli and I were spending the night at Kayla's. It was part of our plan to get back at Adam. Nothing pisses him off more than jealousy.

"Hey, girls." Mr. Parks greeted as we walked into the house.

"Hi, daddy!" We said in unison.

"Don't forget that Eli is staying the night also. He will be here in a few." Kayla reminded. Thank God her mom wasn't going to be home for the night or this never would have worked.

"Nothing bad. Got it?" Mr. Parks cautioned.

"Daddd..." Kayla whined.

"I'm just saying. Do your parents know about this, Aria?"

"Yeah. Of coarse they know Eli is coming over." It wasn't a complete lie. They just didn't know that he was staying all night. Mr. Parks smiled and went upstairs. Kayla grabbed blankets and pillows downstairs in the basement and seconds later the doorbell rang. We sprinted up the steps. I ended up tripping on the last step.

"Eli!" Kay yelled, opening the door and letting him in.

"How are my two favorite ladies doing?" He grinned as we traveled back to the basement.

"Way better now that you here." Kayla winked. Eli grinned and they started making out.

"Rules! Rules! If you two try to make-out the whole night, ice cold water is getting dumped on you." I warned. They laughed. "Have you told Adam you're stayinghere yet?

"Nah. He hasn't texted me back yet." Eli said checking his phone.

"Brb! I got to pee! Ha, that rhymed!" Kay said, running upstairs.

"Thanks for helping me get Adam back, E." I said sitting next to him. "You're like a brother to me."

"Well I care about you like you were my sister." He put his arm around my shoulders. I couldn't help but smile.

"I am offically declaring you as my brother!" I beamed.

"Sweet!" He laughed and I kissed his cheek.

"Like, what did I miss?" Kayla said, plopping down on Eli's lap.

"Ari declared us as siblings."

"Dang." She laughed and Eli's phone beeped.

"It's the iceball demon." Eli announced. My welts had died down and were a light yellow. My mom had put a wrap around my arm to help my cut.

"I want to text him!" I yelled snatching the phone.

"He is gonna flip!" I laughed deviliously. While I waited for Adam to respond, I made a few tweaks to his contact I.D. and I changed My contact I.D. from 'Ari!' to 'Sissy!(:'. Adam had texted back when I finished.

I couldn't help but laugh at my message. Eli snatched his phone back and read the text. "Oh my God! You should totally do it! We could take pictures and send them to him being like 'Yeah, I get to see this in person.'" Eli laughed.

"That's a great idea! Kayla! We must raid your clothes and put on the sluttiest outfits we can!" I said, grabbing her hand and dragged her up to her room. Eli followed with a sly grin on his face.

We tore through all her clothes looking for the perfect outfits. I put on a lime green and black zebra print bra, a white see-through tank top, ultra short shorts, and lime green converse. Kayla put on a black lacey bra, a hot pink laced tank top, a white mini skirt, and hot pink heels. We made our hair and makeup all sexy and posed for pictures. Then, I decided we should put on some bikinis. Eli enjoyed the whole thing just a little too much. We sent all the photos to Adam. He didn't take it to well.

I sent the message, very pleased with myself, and found Eli and Kay lip locked. Then, Eli groaned a little and I looked down to find Kay's hand in his pants! "Whoa! No! No! No! No! No!" I yelled. "Hands out of the pants! Right now! Get them out!"

"But it feels so goood." Eli laughed.

"Nope! Not happening while I'm here. Not a chance in hell!" I yelled. They sighed, playfully. I rolled my eyes and laughed.

The rest of the night was a blast! Well, except when the love birds decided it was makeout time. We ate a ton of food. Then, we hung out ouside on Kayla's swingset. Eli fell down the slide and smacked his face on the dirt. I got stuck on the bar that held the whole swingset together. Kayla just sat on one of the swings, spinning around, going "Weeeee!". Then, Rascle, Kayla's dog, attacked Eli.

Eli ran inside, away from the dog and into the basement. Kayla and I followed and we got ready for sleep. Kayla and Eli were Laying on the big couch and I made myself a nice little bed on the small one. Kayla was the first asleep and kept moving around. Eli looked uncomferatable.

"Here. Take this couch." I offered throwing my stuff on the floor.

"Oh, Ari. I can't let you sleep on the floor."

"It's fine, E. Just take it." I smiled and laid down. Eli looked at me then moved to the small couch. I passed out almost instantly.

I woke up sprawled on Eli's chest. He was awake and watching Dora. "What the...?"

"Good morning, Sleepyhead." He smiled.

"Didn't I fall asleep on the floor?"

"Yeah... You looked uncomferatable and I felt bad that you gave the couch up for me. Plus, I sent Adam a nice picture." He pulled out his phone and showed me the text. It was perfect! My hands were resting on Eli's chest and I had a smile on my face. I wonder what I was dreaming about. Eli had a big grin on his face and the text said "Awe. Ari, is such a sleepy girl.(;".

"Ha! That's great. What did he say?"

"Never responded. Did you know yountalk in your sleep?" He gorgeous brown eyes burned into my plain blue ones.

"Oh God! What did I say?!" I asked, burying my face into his chest, which I now noticed was bare.

"No clue. You were just mummbling into my chest. I thought you had woken up at first." Thank you, Lord!

"Umm... Where is your shirt?" Kayla let out a loud snore. Eli pointed to the ground. "Why is it down there?"

"I have you and a thick blanket on me. I got hot." He explained. Wait. Why was I still on him?! Get off right now, Aria Mae Shaw! My brain yelled at me. I flipped onto the concrete ground. It was really hard. "Whoa, Ari! You okay?!"

"Y-yeah. I'm fine.. I'm just.. I'm just going to go get some water." I muttered, sprinting upstairs to the kitchen. "What the hell is wrong with you?!" I yelled softly to myself, pacing around the kitchen. "He is dating your best friend! Why are you flirting?! Then again.. He is the one that put me on his chest... Oh, so what! He was be-"

"Are you okay, Aria?" Eli asked, opening the door in the middle of my rant.

"What? Umm... Yeah, duh! I'm totally cool. Chill even! Never better." I sped through my words. He stared at me, puzzled.
"Uhh, okay then.. Anyways, your phone went off." He handed me the tiny thing. I had a text from Adam.

"Oh hell no! He is not going to bitch me out!" Eli took a look at the message and growled.

That is none of your concern,

"Dick." I mummbled.

"Don't worry about him. This just means our plan worked. We got revenge on him. Be happy!" Eli smiled, hugging me. I smiled and hugged him back. We headed back downstairs just as Kayla started to wake up. "Good morning, beautiful."

"Good morning, indeed." She smiled, kissing him. I just rolled my eyes and U-turned back upstairs.
