I'm happy with each meal I skip. I could have eaten breakfast, but I didn't. I could have eaten a bowl of cereal. Just think of all the calories in that milk and all the useless sugar. I could have eaten a burrito. All the gross carbs in the potatoes and tortilla, the fat and calories in the eggs and greasy cheese and the meat. But I didn't eat anything! Instead I did an hour on the wii fit and drank water. If I keep it together the rest of the day I'll be losing from the 97 I'm at now.

I ate a mini-loaf of banana bread and the peanut butter m&ms (270) during history. If I don't carry any food with me tommorow I can't eat it. The Dr. Pepper was very filling so I didn't eat anything at lunch. So now I just need to work off my little slip.
