A new year, a new start. I want things to be different. No more 'mess ups'. I'm going to do it right the first time, no eating unless I have to. I already ate breakfast, but I put half of it into a napkin and threw it away. I had part of a scone (80) and a biscuit with gravy (120)= 200 which is too much. I still have two more meals, ugh.
