Loony Bin

Twelve

Tucker and George are out of watch.
“I am so sorry!”
Tucker is apologizing.
He’s such a sweetheart.

“It’s okay,”
“You were just upset.”

A smile spreads across his face,
the one that makes him so cute.

Tucker is looking up towards the ceiling.
“No George,”
“Not now,”
“GEORGE!”
“I’m in the middle of something,”
“George!”
“No,”
“Stop i—”

“Hey George.”

I know it’s him.
Their eyes turn a little darker when they change,
but only for a minute.

“Sorry for interrupting,”
I smile,
a bit of blush spreading across my cheeks.

“That’s okay,”
My voice is small,
George likes that.
He smirks,
he knows what he does to me.

He stands from the seat across from me,
he sits next to me instead.

My body becomes warmer,
his arm is around my shoulders now.

“So, how was life without us?”
He’s referring to the time they spent under watch.

I let out a sigh,
my head drops onto his shoulder.
A chuckle leaves George’s mouth.

“Terrible.”

“In what way?”

I looked up towards his face,
my teeth biting my lower lip.
I wasn’t sure if I should tell him.
It would be embarrassing,
but I will anyway.

“I was lonely,”
“You weren’t here.”

George’s smile grew wider.

“Baby,”
His tone was soft,
it was supposed to be a little teasing,
but it was also supposed to show affection.
“I missed you too,”
I smiled back at him.

George moves a little bit,
he’s forcing me to sit up straight.
I pout a little bit,
but it’s gone quickly,
he’s holding my face in his hands.

His eyes are set on my lips,
my eyes are on his.

Slowly,
we lean in closer,
his eyes are slowly growing darker.

“Tucker, please not now,”
I whisper,
he listens,
George’s eyes are back to their normal musty green.

Our lips connect.
