Just a Number

Just A Number

To you, I am just a number.

I am nameless, I am faceless. The only thing that separates me from the other one million prisoners here is my twelve digit number. To you, I am an animal. I work twelve hours a day with three small meals. I have no name. I have no family. I have no life. To you, I am a threat to your nation; to your race. I am the cause of all your problems, and I must be eliminated. To you, I am filth. I am worthless. I am a Jew.

To you, I am just a number.
